The large barn is over 400 years old, set in a private courtyard and linked to the long barn, perfect for small, intimate ceremonies or celebration drinks. There is plenty of space and seating, so your guests are free to mingle and enjoy time outside and in. Every couple can access the venue the day before their wedding, making Fitzleroi a versatile, relaxed venue ideal for small and large celebrations.

Facilities and Capacity
Several event spaces are available for ceremonies and receptions at Fitzleroi Barn. The Long Room is a beautiful room that can accommodate up to 75 seated guests and provides a beautiful and intimate space for your ceremony. Alternative ceremony spots include The Gallery. This beautiful area overlooks the barn and can seat up to 40 people.
The courtyard is the perfect setting for your reception drinks after your romantic ceremony. It provides the perfect backdrop for wedding photographs and has plenty of space for your guests to relax in, with tables, chairs, parasols, sofas and coffee tables. You may also choose to host a formal sit-down wedding breakfast inside the barn or, weather permitting, treat guests to a barbeque or hog roast in the courtyard.
Receptions running long into the night can unfold in the Main Barn. Complete with original beams and large barn doors, this area has ample space for seated guests, a dance floor, and live entertainment.

Hooe’s Yurts are based in Devon but deliver UK-wide. You choose the venue, and they’ll come to you!
The team has 17 years of experience setting up yurts in all sorts of places, such as private homes, grand estates, farms, woodlands, and city gardens. They can also suggest some great venues for your yurt if you’re unsure about a location.

Hooe’s Yurts is a unique venture run by Amy and Max, a husband-and-wife team, nestled in the heart of the Devon countryside. Their passion for yurts takes them on global adventures to source exotic textiles for your unique venue. They take immense pride in their personal service, offering a warm and intimate experience and their ability to confidently create stunning and original venues.
A team of professional, polite and cheerful staff erects the yurts. They appreciate the stressful nature of events and are therefore always punctual and work in a flexible manner.
The yurts make stunning and unforgettable wedding venues. The architecture of a yurt creates an organic and atmospheric place to celebrate a union with your friends and family.
They have a great range of sizes available, and all of the yurts can be linked together. They can be decorated with their range of bespoke carpets and textiles. They also have a great selection of furniture designed to complement the yurts, such as their gorgeous wooden banqueting tables and bar.
Their giant 44ft double-height yurt is very popular, and for larger weddings, this yurt can be linked to their medium and small yurts so that you can create different areas for dancing, dining and relaxing. A yurt creates a gorgeous and intimate space to hold a hand-fasting ceremony or wedding blessing. Yurts are also excellent when used in conjunction with large marquees or venues. They can be utilised to create chill-out retreats, bars, etc.
The smaller yurts are perfect as bedrooms for wedding guests, and the team can even design an exquisite honeymoon yurt for your wedding night.

Shotesham Park’s picturesque surroundings are all yours to explore and enjoy after your ceremony, and the gardens and woodland offer plenty of enchanting backdrops for those all-important photos. Then, it’s time to rejoin your guests in the Mediterranean-style courtyard for drinks and canapés to start celebrating your special day.
The Carriage House is the perfect place for a wedding breakfast to remember, with vast, floor-to-ceiling windows out to the courtyard that fill the space with light. Share an unforgettable meal with your loved ones underneath the exposed oak beams and rustic chandeliers.
As evening falls, The Oak Room becomes the heart of the party, giving you all the space you need to dance the night away. The contemporary bar is just a few steps from the dance floor, and there is a cosy lounge for mingling with your guests.
At the end of the night, the Honeymoon Suite gives you the ideal place to rest and unwind after a day of celebrations. What could be better than a relaxing soak in the free-standing bath as you look back on your special day?

Two Woods Estate is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Pulborough train station, making it easily accessible for you and your guests. For those coming from London, it’s just a 1-hour and 14-minute journey from London Victoria, ensuring a stress-free travel experience.
The Vibe
Boho-inspired and simple yet totally memorable, Two Woods Estate is a gorgeous location for your ceremony.
The licensed ceremony area, available all year round, is an exclusive haven nestled among over 100 towering Redwood trees. This natural cathedral-like setting is reserved just for you and your special day. The aisle can be lined with lanterns and candles, and seating can be provided for around 120 guests. The ceremony can be easily transferred to the barn if the weather turns inclement.
You’ll have the entire 42-acre estate to yourselves, including a 10-acre wild meadow with a firepit for afternoon games and camping. Their stunning wedding loft, adorned with vintage and bespoke handmade items, including a 7ft emperor bed, is a unique space for your wedding preparations. And when it’s time for your wedding breakfast and some dancing, their newly renovated barn and covered terrace await.
The venue also provides ample camping space for you and your guests and a cosy fire pit to toast your marshmallows if required. It boasts a beautiful Loft perfect for pre-wedding hair and makeup and for the happy couple to spend their first night of married life together.
