Court Farm is a lovingly restored 16th century farmhouse set in 10 acres of gardens in the heart of the English countryside. Their charming English Courtyard and characterful vaulted barns offer couples the perfect blank canvas to create a truly memorable wedding day to suit your own personal style.
Court Farm is different to other wedding venues; they invite you to hire their beautiful venue and make it your home for the weekend. You can invite your nearest and dearest to join you to celebrate in your home, 14 of which can stay in the luxurious and stylish boutique accommodation, so you can all feel at ease and take charge of your day, just the way you want it.
You can create the wedding day you truly want with free-rein over your choice of caterer, celebrant, and musicians, although they are more than happy to recommend some rather lovely local suppliers to help your day run with ease. There is no corkage fee charged, meaning you can handpick the reception drinks and evening bar you want to offer.

With over a decade of experience in venue management, they have channelled their passion for flavour, fire and creative catering into bringing you memorable and unique events in the heart of the Cotswolds.
The Vibe

They are licensed to hold civil ceremonies of up to 115 guests, giving you the opportunity to stage your entire day there. Exchange your vows in front of their woodburning stove, surrounded by natural greenery, exposed beams, and contemporary Crittall-style doors, creating a light, airy ambience.
Transition your guests to the heart of the venue, their courtyard, to enjoy a relaxed drinks reception overlooking the Cotswolds valleys. Their carefully curated canapés and crisp Prosecco will be sure to get your taste buds tingling for your main meal! Hosted in the ‘long barn,’ enjoy a feast of Middle Eastern-inspired dishes, stone-baked pizzas, or their twist on tacos, all within view of their outdoor kitchen and Argentine Asado fire pit.
Continue with the street-food theme by serving puddings from the kitchen hatches, where your guests can help themselves to churros, gelato, or warm chocolate brownies. Enjoy your evening celebrations up until midnight, with use of the venue’s state-of-the-art Funktion One sound system, a fully-stocked bar, and delicious late night food options such as burgers, bao buns and their head chef’s renowned savoury doughnuts!

Thirlestane Castle is nestled in the breathtaking Scottish Borders, just 40 minutes south of Edinburgh. It’s one of the oldest and finest inhabited castles in Scotland, where royalty and distinguished guests have been entertained since the 16th century.
The Castle’s pink sandstone turrets, dramatically decorated rooms, rustic spaces, and peaceful outdoor locations, make Thirlestane the perfect setting for your authentic castle wedding.

Stay in their uniquely designed castle suites, which sleep a total of 16 people. Each suite is tastefully decorated to a 5-star standard, with antiques and artwork from the castle’s collection adding a touch of history and elegance.
In addition, guests can stay amongst nature in the Sustainable Woodland Lodges which are set in the tranquil woodlands surrounding Thirlestane Castle. Run on renewable energy, they each have their own hot tub and can be booked out exclusively, to accommodate up to 20 guests.

They provide a range of furniture and props to enhance your day including, 100 wooden chairs, an easel, a PA system, the use of a piano in the drawing room, festoon lighting, fire pits, lawn games and hurricane vases with pillar candles.

Decorated in tranquil blues, greens and greys, the Garden Room is a bright, elegant space overlooking the flawlessly-manicured garden. The use of this space is completely flexible and can be adapted to compliment your taste and décor or left simply as it is. The Garden Room can offer additional space with a marquee over the garden if needed.
