All furniture, tables and chairs throughout the house, outside terraces and grounds are included.
The minimum hire is two nights and three days (suppliers may have access before that for setting up the marquee). However, it's perfectly possible to book extra nights if you wish.
Absolutely, we do have a curfew at midnight on music played outside.
Pets are not allowed into the Manor House or any of its associated accommodation but they are very welcome to join you outside for photos. We can recommend a wonderful pet-sitting service that can look after your pet locally, bathe them and bring your pet along to enjoy outside photos with you before taking them home to look after them.
Yes. Although the Parlour room is licensed for 60 guests you can take the celebrations outside and create a ceremony area for up to 200 guests using the lawns or alongside the waterway. If you wish to weatherproof your outdoor ceremony, you may wish to consider a temporary structure such as a marquee, tipi or sailcloth, which could be repurposed for the reception.
Duo ceremonies such as this would require the registrar to take the couple inside the Garden Room to sign the legal documents.
Yes. we have an extensive list of trusted suppliers we are happy to share with you. However, you are welcome to source your own. We provide all staying house guests with Ormesby Manor signature continental breakfast on both mornings.
