Milton End Barns

We don’t know where to start. When Ben and I found this venue online, we instantly knew this could be it. When we visited the venue for the first time we knew this was the place we wanted to get married. Absolutely stunning venue and was so us. The team at Milton End are fantastic. Since we booked our wedding July 2021 the team have worked extremely hard improving the venue all the time and it has been amazing to see the progress.

We were Introduced to our wedding coordinator Rebecca. Well where do I start with the most incredible, amazing, kindest person ever. Rebecca from start to finish made our wedding planning experience very chilled and straight forward. We had regular planning meetings to discuss further ideas which really helped us ensure that everything was in place for the big day. I can’t thank her enough for what she did on our big day. Everything ran like clockwork and she really did go above and beyond to make sure our day was as special as it could be and it really was. I can’t thank you enough for continuing to check on me in the morning keeping me calm and letting us know how things were going. We also want to thank Jackie for being there in the evening and being another port of call if there were any queries.

We truly can’t thank everyone enough for their support and effort to making this venue so spectacular. We had many members of our wedding party comment on how beautiful and stunning the venue was. Thank you all at Milton End Farm! I would recommend this venue to anyone who is getting married.

Married August 2022

We celebrated our day at Milton End Farm in June 2023 and loved every minute of our incredible day at this incredible venue.

Living in the USA, we knew we wanted somewhere where we could celebrate for more than a day, so Milton was perfect. It gave us a chance to have a pizza night on Friday and a Farewell BBQ on Sunday, maximising our time with friends and loved ones. We also loved the freedom it gave us to decorate the venue just as we’d imagined and see it come to life.

The day itself was perfect, and Rebecca continued to be as helpful as she’d been in the lead-up to it. You know it’s going smoothly when you barely see or talk to all the suppliers and have complete trust that it’s been taken care of (thank you, Rebecca!). When we viewed Milton about two years before our wedding, we fell in love with the surrounding area, the barns and the general vibe; it was exactly what we’d hoped for and more.

Thanks again, Milton, for letting us create the Wedding Day of our dreams!

Kate and the Milton End team are just amazing. The whole set up has the friendliest, family feel. From the moment we first viewed the venue, to the moment we left as Mr and Mrs, we were made to feel at home. It is so relaxed at Milton End, having the wedding over an entire weekend felt like the most perfect mini break and it was even better being able to have our family stay with us throughout all of it. Epic venue, awesome team – we couldn’t agree more. Thank you for making our dream come true.

Rebecca was honestly the gift we didn’t realise we needed. On the lead up to our wedding she was always on hand to answer any questions big or small and always filled us with reassurance – Nothing was ever a big deal or impossible. When it came to the wedding weekend, wow, Rebecca is a ninja! The subtle nods of reassurance, the very occasional question or words of guidance for us. She was always there, and it felt like we had a true friend on hand to help make our vision a reality. I didn’t even realise she floofed my dress as i started to walk down the aisle until i saw a video of it. We wouldn’t have got through the lead up and the wedding day without you, Rebecca. Thank you for being more than we could ever have wished for.

If you are looking for a venue where you can feel completely relaxed and at ease on your wedding day, Milton End must be a serious consideration.

When we were first looking for venues, I found it a little overwhelming, with so many places feeling so commercial and piling the pressure to secure a date so quickly. However, when we arrived to view Milton End, we were soon put entirely at ease. The vibe was simply authentic, and Kate was so down to earth that we got a special feeling about the place. We visited the barn several times after booking before our wedding date, either at inspiration days or planning meetings. No matter how stressed I’d been about the wedding planning leading up to it, I instantly felt calm and relaxed every time we stepped foot in the barn.

Having the expert services of Holly (or Rebecca) included in the venue is a real stand out. Holly was exceptional both on the day and in the run-up to our wedding day. Having someone who has worked in the industry and with a large variety of suppliers on your team was invaluable to be able to provide us with advice and recommendations. Holly had the timeline of our wedding day down to a T and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the day, as well as checking how everyone was doing. The whole team behind Milton End are such lovely people, making it a phenomenal venue!

Being able to have our closest friends and family on-site with us for the whole weekend was such a lovely way to ensure we could fully enjoy our day and be able to spend quality time and share those unique memories of the run-up to the day and the reminiscing afterwards with the ones that mean the most. Also, having the Friday to set up is a huge luxury that you will not get at many venues at all and is another great way to make you feel calmer and more relaxed on the day.

We had the most exquisite wedding weekend, and despite being very self-critical, I can honestly say I wouldn’t change a single thing, and I don’t believe I would be saying that if we had picked a different venue!

If you do decide to book it, feel free to invite my husband and me—we’d love to go back!

Honestly, where to start? From the moment we visited the venue in late 2020, we fell in love with Milton End, and we knew it was for us. It was amazing to see the hard work that Kate and the team were putting into the venue every time we went for our planning meetings. Each time we saw the venue it had improved massively.

When we booked our wedding with Kate, we were then introduced to our wedding coordinator, Holly, who, from day one, put us at ease and was a breath of fresh air with our wedding planning. We had quarterly meetings with Holly to update her on our plans, and she was always excited to hear our plans and shared ideas with us that we might not have considered. This continued all the way up to our wedding day when she couldn’t have done enough for us. Holly was there from the morning of our wedding right through to after our first dance, ensuring the caterers were organised, the timings of the day all went to plan and everyone was enjoying themselves and having a good time. I also can’t thank you enough for helping me stay calm during the morning and helping with my dress!

When we booked the wedding, we were also told that alongside the main barn, we got all 7 of the holiday cottages included. It was lovely, as we all stayed the night before the wedding and enjoyed getting ready there the morning of the wedding. When booking the venue, we decided on staying for 3 nights, which was lovely as we carried on the celebrations. All of our families and guests commented on how lovely the cottages and venue were and what a fab location they were in. The day after the wedding, we went for a walk around the local area and enjoyed a few extra visitors from the local piglets!

We definitely plan on returning to stay in the cottages and can’t recommend the venue enough! Thank you so much for making it our dream wedding, and we encourage anyone considering a wedding to view Milton End.

Milton End Barn is perfection. I would 100% recommend it, hands down! We were so blessed to have this as our wedding venue. From the day we saw the venue until after the wedding, the whole package and set-up were out of this world. It was everything we could have wished for and more. The whole team at Milton are so lovely and thoughtful; they really went out of their way to make our day as special as possible.

We had Rebecca as our wedding planner, and we couldn’t have been happier. Her support was just incredible, and it’s a testament to how good everyone involved at Milton End is.

This has to be top of your list!

Married March 2023

Milton End had been at the top of my list to look around once we were engaged; I had seen their social media and liked the look and vibe of it! When we went to look around, it was even better; it is such a gorgeous space! So relaxed, well designed, and styled, it was exactly what we were looking for! Even better, the date they had free was our 7th anniversary, so we booked in, and there hasn’t been one single regret from that day.

Kate and the team have set up a truly amazing venue that, without any decoration, is simply beautiful, but they allow the flexibility for you to set it up so it suits you. Even the day before the wedding, Kate and Rebecca were helping us find some final decoration bits on the farm to finish it all off!

Getting the venue from Friday to Monday was an absolute game-changer as well! It was lovely to make a weekend of it, have lots of time, and soak it all in. We could have guests stay with us on-site at the accommodation and have a wind-down / debrief the next morning. All the accommodation is gorgeous, the beds are super comfy, and we were able to bring our dog Alfie down on Sunday to stay with us!

I genuinely cannot fault it at all. All the extra guests (Dominic the donkey, the ducks, the pig and piglets, horses, sheepdogs)—it was all just amazing!! There are also so many gorgeous photo opportunities, and I cannot WAIT to get back our professional photos. They have a swing, access to the River Severn, a massive bathtub in the bridal suite, and a pond! Just everything!!

With the venue, you also get a wedding planner. We had Rebecca, and from start to finish, we were at ease. All our questions were answered, and everything was chill and super organised. It’s such a personal venue with so many lovely touches but our wedding would have been SO different had Rebecca not been there helping everything run smoothly. Rebecca is an absolutely beautiful person, inside and out, and I have no idea what we would have done without her. She kept me so calm throughout the day, and everything was seamless. Holly is the other wedding planner at Milton End, with whom we also had the pleasure of meeting and talking. Both of them are fabulous and work so well together!

There is not one thing I could fault about this venue. It was an absolute dream and a day we will remember for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much, Milton End; you truly hold a special place in our hearts.

I got married at Milton End Barn Saturday just gone and it was absolutely beautiful. I always knew I’d get married here and I can’t believe I finally have. The venue is spacious and well maintained and indescribable. The cottages and courtyard are so quaint and have such a lovely atmosphere that all my guests loved relaxing outside. It was honestly more than I could ever imaged. Kate is brilliant, always on hand when you need her and always willing to go that extra mile. Really was a day to remember.

Thank you Milton End Farm – the perfect venue!

We are so grateful to Kate and the team at Milton End. We were so disappointed when our wedding couldn’t go ahead last year and feared this might have ruined our plans for a weekend long celebration at this beautiful venue with family and friends. We were quickly reassured and supported by our amazing wedding coordinator – Holly Evans – who has such passion for what she does.

Another year on and the barns looked even more stunning than when we first fell in love with them. The team there have worked so hard on the improvements and it has certainly paid off.

We loved every single moment of our weekend – future couples are in for a real treat!

We just wanted to thank you and let you know we have just had the most wonderful weekend celebrating our wedding! Starting with our families arriving on Friday afternoon to stay in the beautifully decorated cottages surrounding the barn, really exceeding everyone’s expectations! It was lovely having everyone around us, then all friends arriving in the afternoon for a magical evening in such an incredible barn, everyone thought it was the perfect wedding!! The location is idyllic, with all the piglets and ducks running around! Thank you so much!

Milton End Wedding Barn is the most fantastic place to get married. From the venue, to the staff, to the recommendations everything was perfect. My now husband and I knew from the moment we saw the venue that it would be the perfect place to get married and we weren’t wrong!

It’s in a beautiful setting in Arlingham, with the correct mixtures of spaces to relax, to drink and to eat and to stay! Having the accommodation surrounding the venue meant that we could spend quality time with our immediate family in the lead up to the wedding as well as the days after, something very few venues offer and we feel so lucky that we were able to do this- the icing on the cake so to speak.

Holly, our wedding coordinator, was nothing short of incredible. The whole day ran smoothly, even with changes of events. Rain meant we couldn’t get married outside even though most things were set up- but no change was too big or small. She recognised when things needed to be changed or people were stressed and took the stress out of the situation. All our suppliers worked closely together to make sure there wasn’t a hiccup! We had excellent recommendations of what to do, how to run the events and things to consider.

When we left, both my husband and I agreed, we feel a very special connection with the venue and look forward to spending time walking and visiting Milton End in the future. It was a truly wonderful time, thanks to Kate, Holly and all the team at Milton End!
