Manowce is a historic property uniquely located in North Western Poland. Despite its remote location, Manowce is only 2.5 hours from Berlin and its airports.
Built at the very beginning of the 20th century, the palace has recently been restored so that it remains loyal to the vision of grandeur upon which it was founded as a luxurious rural retreat. Located in vast woods and right on the shore of a large lagoon next to the Baltic Sea, Manowce lets you and your guests enjoy far-reaching views over the waters.
With its elegant architecture, stunning interiors and scenic location, Manowce is a wonderful venue for wedding ceremonies and receptions. The building was designed in the neoclassical style, with wonderful portico and wall decorations. The interiors are filled with beautiful antiques and paintings and 200-year-old tiled stoves, but also first-class contemporary furniture. The exterior is equally photogenic, with gardens, a fountain and parkland.
Manowce can host civil or humanist wedding ceremonies. They work on an exclusive-use basis, so the palace and its grounds are yours for the day. At Manowce they host various shapes and sizes of wedding, from indoor weddings for up to 50 guests to marquee weddings for up to 100 guests. They also host intimate weddings for between 2 – 30 guests.
Because Manowce is located in large woods, their wedding parties end at midnight, and when the party is outdoors, they turn down the music at 11pm.
They have a transparent pricing policy; the price of the wedding party includes the exclusive hire of the property and the wedding dinner or lunch and accommodation for up to 42 people, including the bridal suite. For outdoor weddings, the price does not include the cost of the marquee. The minimum price is based on 40 guests indoors and 75 outdoors. On weekends in high season, the minimum price is 20,000 euros, and additional guests are charged at 200 euros per person (no charge for children under five; 50% discount for children aged six to twelve). The minimum prices for other types of weddings, for low season and for weekdays are lower.
They have 13 double bedrooms and 3 apartments for you and your guests, and the experience is quite different from a normal hotel. Wait until you see their sumptuous bridal suite, an enormous apartment designed to make every bride feel oh-so-pretty and confident as she and her entourage prepare for the day. The bedrooms and suites can accommodate up to 33 guests in total, or 42 including sofa beds and extra beds in some rooms. For the remaining guests they can organise hotel accommodation in Szczecin, as well as comfortable transportation for the 45-minute journey.
You can select from a variety of menus, all bursting with exquisite flavours and skilfully prepared by the chefs and catering partners they work with. They can cook the cuisine of your choice, be it Polish, Mediterranean or other. They offer three menu packages: Silver, Gold and Platinum. The selection of food varies depending on the package, but all wedding dinners comprise four courses. For each course, guests can choose between two options, usually one vegetarian. Alcoholic drinks are priced separately.
