Tucked into the rolling hills of Le Marche, Le Stonghe feels like its own little world – peaceful, panoramic, and deeply romantic. Set high on a hilltop with views stretching all the way to the Adriatic Sea, the estate is wrapped in 14 hectares of private nature, giving every celebration a sense of space, beauty and complete privacy.
With a 500-year-old Palazzo, a charming Country House, two pools, and warm Italian elegance at every turn, the estate offers an authentic slice of Italy that feels wonderfully personal and entirely your own for the duration of your stay.
Ceremonies unfold in the atmospheric open barn, an outdoor space surrounded by nature and expansive views of the hills.
It’s peaceful, beautifully simple, and naturally impressive – the kind of setting where the landscape becomes part of the moment.
Afterwards, guests gather in the courtyard for prosecco poured from the estate’s vintage Piaggio Ape, easing the celebration into a joyful, sun-drenched aperitivo.
Le Stonghe leans into everything that makes Italian celebrations unforgettable: Lively aperitivo with local cheeses, meats and delicacies, paired with feel-good Italian music. A four-course dinner served on the panoramic terrace, where the valley stretches out below as the sky softens into evening. And once night falls, the party shifts to the romantically lit courtyard, a magical space for dancing under the stars until late.
It’s relaxed, elegant, sensory, and completely immersive – an Italian wedding at its best.
The celebrations begin the night before with an informal pizza party, made in the estate’s centuries-old wood-fired oven by their resident pizzaiolo. Served by the slice, with guests mixing, sampling and settling into the rhythm of the weekend, it’s the perfect way to open the festivities.
With years of experience hosting destination weddings, the Le Stonghe team guides couples through every stage-from timelines and supplier recommendations to on-the-day coordination. Supportive, attentive, and rooted in local knowledge, they’re there to ensure the entire experience feels effortless.
Le Stonghe can host up to 60 adults across the Palazzo, the Country House (both with private pools), and their city apartment in nearby Fossombrone.
Everything is designed for comfort, connection and long, slow mornings – including the Casa Amore suite, a peaceful place to get ready surrounded by family and friends.
Food is a highlight here – generous, regional and rooted in local producers.
Expect:
It’s flavourful, beautifully presented, and unmistakably Italian.
Beyond the estate, guests can explore the charms of Fossombrone, the hills of Le Marche, and the Adriatic coastline. Think medieval towns, markets, beaches and countryside drives – an easy blend of culture and relaxation for a long weekend away.
Le Stonghe is well connected despite its secluded feel:
A straightforward journey for international groups and effortless for guests travelling within Italy.
