There are no words enough in the English language that we could use to explain how grateful we are for how special you and your team made our day. We honestly had the most perfect day (despite how fast it went)! It was everything we could have wished for and more. The whole day ran so smoothly, and we have Ben to thank for this – he was so highly spoken about after our wedding. He was honestly incredible. We are incredibly lucky to have had you on our journey with us to help plan our special day. From the moment we arrived on the Wednesday, we were so well looked after and made to feel so relaxed too. We had a lovely meal with our close friends and family on the Wednesday night which we were lucky enough to have our own dining room. The whole day was perfect and ran smoothly (despite me being late, but we can’t control that, ha!). Our breakfast with the wedding party on the Friday was the perfect way to sit and reminisce, too, whilst eating the most incredible food.

Thank you so so much again, you, Ben and all the team at Lainston were honestly incredible and completely faultless.

We are honestly so so happy with how the day went, it was simply perfect and far better than we could have ever imagined.

Please can you pass our sincere thanks on to all of the staff who were simply amazing on the day and could not do enough for our guests and us. Chloe, Ben, Charis, Emily – there are simply to many of the staff to mention but a special note should be said to Ben who went above and beyond – at one stage he even helped getting Megan’s shoes back on!

We would also like to say a massive thank you to you (Sophie). You’ve been so helpful throughout the entire process keeping us on track and organised. Sorry for not always being the quickest to respond but thank you for your continued understanding.

Lainston House will always be a special place for us and I can assure you, we will be back very soon!

Can I just say that you, Lewis and the team at Lainston truly made our day! We honestly could not thank you enough! What a magical day and place. We have already had endless compliments; not only on the beautiful venue, but also the extraordinary service, rooms, food and organisation. I didn’t have to worry about anything the whole day! In fact, I already want to come back to stay! The Lainston team are amazing and made everyone (particularly myself and the bridal party the night before) feel very special indeed. A special thank you to Alex, too, who was absolutely brilliant from the moment he carried my (very heavy) dress upstairs to helping us pack very quickly because I got carried away speaking to our guests that morning.

I just really cannot put into words how amazing you all are. I just do not know how you do it! I am back this weekend for afternoon tea, and I really cannot wait!

Thank you for everything for our special day. Special mention to Lewis and Chloe who put us both at so much ease. Chloe was absolutely fantastic with ensuring we were always watered and fed, always in eyeshot in case either of us needed anything! Lewis was incredible from start to finish. You may have realised how much of a perfectionist Sam is, and Lewis exceeded our standards with his eye for detail and little touches.

Honestly, the day from start to finish was absolutely perfect! All of our guests were commenting on it being the best wedding they have ever been to, it was just amazing. The staff all day were incredible and couldn’t have gone above and beyond anymore. Sophie, you have been just as incredible from the get go with not only helping us plan the perfect day but making it seem and feel so easy and enjoyable. We wouldn’t have had the day that we did without you. Louis, Tom – incredible men. They really shined for all of us and felt like a little extended family the entire time we were at LH. We were sad to say goodbye to the hotel but those guys too!

We had the most incredible day, and I can’t thank you enough for all your help and support. From the first time we met with you we were so confident in our choice of venue. No query or issue was too much trouble for you to help us with and it was truly our dream wedding. The entire weekend was so perfect. Ben and his team were exemplary on the day, the service was fantastic. Please pass on our thank yous to them all. In particular Ben attended to our every need on the day and kept everything flowing. All our guests were blown away by Lainston House and they all had a wonderful experience. I’m sure many of them will come back. And it goes without saying Niranjan and I will definitely be regular visitors!! Lainston has such a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to visit again.

It was the wedding of our dreams and we can’t thank you all enough for your hard work in getting us to that point.

You made us feel extra special from the moment we stepped through the doors on Friday, and we never had to worry about anything. It was clear on Friday we only had a vague idea about how it would all work, unlike you and the team, who knew exactly what you were doing – putting our minds at ease and letting us concentrate on enjoying the moment.

A few of our friends were worried that it might be a bit posh (perhaps Greg and I’s initial reservation), but it really was the best venue, managed brilliantly with a workforce that is genuinely passionate about where they work and the jobs they do! They made us all feel at home, which made our Lainston House Party go off with a bang (or two!).

We have made the most special memories, and no doubt we’ll be making even more at Lainston as we return for anniversaries and special occasions – I think you might struggle to get rid of us all.

Thank you again for everything. It really was the best weekend of our lives.

We want to take the time to express our sincere thanks to each and every individual who played a part in our special day, both in the run-up and the day itself. Please can you ensure this email is cascaded to the wider team as well as management to acknowledge all the team’s hard work.

Put simply, it was perfect. We have always said that you guys always go above and beyond, and Saturday was no different.

Sophie, thank you for everything you have done over the last year and a bit. You have made the process so easy and been on hand to support at every step and we are so happy we got to see you on Saturday so that you could also see all the hard work you had invested.

We have to give special thanks to Ben and George for coordinating the day and making everything run smoothly. They were both attentive and committed to making our day as special as it possibly could be. Nick must also get a shout-out for saving Tom’s jacket buttons twice, as well as my mother’s outfit. No request was beyond him, and his commitment to service was clear throughout the day. Please do pass our thanks on to everyone within the team. You all made the day one to remember, and we can assure you we will be regular visitors in the future, especially for those Asian-inspired burgers and samosas, which were a hit with the guests! Thank you once again for making our dreams come true. Lainston House will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

The whole day was truly wonderful, and the staff really did make it so special. But I know that it also couldn’t have gone so smoothly without you, Sophie; you have been so great throughout the whole process. I really felt like you always had everything in hand, no question was ever left unanswered, you had great attention to detail, and everything was handled perfectly, so thank you so much.

I have to talk about Ben… he was amazing! From the moment I met him on the Sunday morning I felt at ease. He was just the right mixture of friendly and efficient. Everything felt so seamless, but I am sure that is all down to him and his team. He was so wonderful that many of my guests the next day remarked about how great (and hilarious) he was.

The service at the wedding breakfast was excellent, I recall seeing the lady who served us our menu tasting (she was equally amazing) and many positive comments regarding the food which everyone seemed to love. I know that sometimes there can be a difference in quality from having a wedding tasting where the chef may only be cooking for two, compared to 40+. However, this was not the case – everything was perfect.

A big thank you to Rhona as well (apologies if I have misspelt her name). She was wonderful on the morning of the wedding; she came up to make sure we were all okay and brought us coffee and breakfast, which went down very well. There was also a wonderful receptionist who helped my sister to her room and made her feel so welcome, so again, another big thank you to her, too.
It’s not too bold to say that the staff really did enhance an already perfect day, and we are truly grateful.

Hopefully, we will continue to visit Lainston in the not-too-distant future. We actually found out on the wedding day that the puppy we had reserved was born, so we may just have to come back for a dog-friendly break very soon! Thanks again for everything
