Elmley Nature Reserve is a privately owned 3,300-acre estate and nature reserve in North Kent. In the heart of the estate sits Kingshill Farm. Its breathtaking barn, collection of wild luxe spaces and soulful accommodations all have stunning wilderness views. This is a truly unique exclusive-use venue that only holds a small number of weddings each year.
With private use of Kingshill Farm for two nights alongside your celebrations, you and your guests are also welcome to explore the Reserve, walk along miles of nature trails, enjoy a sunset swim from Elmley’s private beach or host a pre-wedding morning yoga session on the hay meadows.

Awe Inspiring Spaces
Kingshill Barn and its walled courtyard are the centre of your wedding celebrations. Its wooden vaulted ceiling draped with twinkling lights and huge window overlooking the unspoilt landscape of the Nature Reserve provides breathtaking views. Party the night away with the moonlight shining off the lakes beyond.
The large rustic wooden barn doors open onto a grass courtyard, and The Linhay, a gorgeous small open barn within the courtyard, a charming space for intimate ceremonies or late-night gatherings around the wood burner. Wildflowers and festoon lighting encircle the courtyard, overall a glorious setting for an English garden wedding ceremony, reception drinks, games and dancing under the stars.
The Farmhouse Garden offers a unique ceremony or drinks reception space with open views across the reserve. With exclusive hire, there is no restriction on how or when you use the spaces.
Food & Drink

For your wedding day daytime drinks, there is no corkage fee. You can take your own wine! Come the evening, a licensed bar will complement your day and get the dancing started.
Accommodation
With luxury accommodation for 42 guests for two nights, your wedding is complete in comfort. Allocate your guests across Kingshill Farmhouse, Elmley Cottage and 10 iconic award-winning Shepherd’s huts. The Bell Tent Village offers additional space for the night of your wedding so more of your friends are able to wake up and enjoy the magic of Elmley. All the accommodation looks out over miles of unspoilt landscape and receives incredible sunrises, a very special wake-up on your first morning as newlyweds.
Planning and On-The-Day Support
Throughout your wedding planning, you will receive plenty of support from the small, friendly, experienced team. They are always on hand to answer any questions, offer advice, and help chat with suppliers to finalise your plans.
You will also receive a complete list of their recommended suppliers, carefully curated over years of experiences and meeting great people, and a planning pack guiding you through each step of creating your dream wedding. From the day you book until the time you arrive at Elmley, the team are there for you to assist with anything, no matter how big or small.
The team then offer background coordination on the day of your wedding, ensuring your day runs smoothly and on time, coordinating all of your suppliers and ensuring your plans become a reality. They are on hand should you need anything to relax and enjoy your special day.
You can visit in the run-up to keep your vision on track! If you’d like to stay with them before your big day, you are welcome to discounted stays to experience Elmley at night and create your vision at your leisure!
No Hidden Costs
Pricing at Elmley Nature Reserve is honest and transparent. They offer fully inclusive or bespoke pricing packages and believe in being very upfront with all costs, so they don’t charge corkage for wine and sparkling wine for daytime drinks and don’t receive commission from suppliers. Their staff runs the evening bar, so they are on hand to help your guests with anything they need. There is flexibility within the package to suit your own budget; the accommodation options can be paid for separately if you prefer, and all pricing quoted includes VAT.
