Perfection. The barn is lovely, the staff are so friendly and helpful (especially Lottie). Every question we had was answered almost immediately, Lottie sorted out all the details for us easily and without stress. I especially loved Lucy the lamb too, lovely thoughtful gift.
Juliette was honestly the most amazing wedding coordinator. Thank you for coordinating such a seamless and magical day for us and making sure everyone had the best time. Lee, what an insane MC. Thank you for bringing our food menu vision to life and working so hard to make us happy on our wedding day. We had the time of our lives and would love to put this day on repeat. To the team at Kingscote Barn, thank you so much.
Married August 2023
From the moment we first viewed Kingscote Barn and were shown around by Lisa, we fell in love with the venue and the quality of service from staff. Once we booked our date, communication with Kingscote was so easy, with someone always replying to any messages the next day. Lisa was our wedding coordinator and we couldn’t have asked for more from her. She had everyone in exactly the right place at the right time, with everything running so seamlessly. She was the perfect calming figure needed in those few minutes before the big moment. McBaile did an amazing job of providing food and drink to an excellent standard. We had so many comments on the food. The way in which they set the room up for the wedding breakfast was exactly how we pictured – it was something special! Big thanks to Gemma, Lisa and any others on the day who made it so so perfect!
The Kingscote Barn is a beautiful venue and incredibly well priced! Everyone we talked to was constantly on the ball, ridiculously organised and could not do enough for us. Whether it be calling up suppliers, answering our hundreds of emails, – even explaining why we couldn’t do certain things, we’ve always come away happy. I had absolutely no doubts that I would not have to stress on the day which is a luxury I think a lot of people underestimate. Thank you so much as well for letting Marley (our dog) run around the whole day! He was absolutely loving life!
Our wedding at Kingscote Barn was honestly the best day of our lives. A huge part of that was due to Lisa, Laura and the Kingscote Barn team’s hard work. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for making everything go so seamlessly. It was just perfect!
Just want to start off by saying a huge THANK YOU to Cat, our wedding coordinator. She made the whole experience seamless and took away all the stress of timings and sorting out the suppliers we had booked. She was so blooming organised and on the ball that we did not feel any pressure during the lead up, or on the day.
Kingscote really was the perfect place for us to get married, not only is it 10 minutes up the road but provides the most beautiful setting inside and out. We were also extremely lucky to have the sun shining so we could get some amazing photos out in the fields.
Married February 2023
We had the best day at Kingscote Barn. The location/venue/service was amazing! Everything was perfect. Lottie, our wedding coordinator, was so friendly and welcoming to both of us from day one! All of our guests have said how lovely everything was!
Thank you, Kingscote, for the perfect day!
Married February 2023
The Kingscote Barn was wonderful! From our first time viewing it, we knew it was perfect for us. On the day, they took care of everything and I was extremely surprised by how little there was for us to do and how much we got to enjoy the day. I can’t thank the team there enough! Also, the accommodation in the Tree House was beautiful! We didn’t get a chance to look at all of the other rooms, but all of the guests said they were great. Thank you!
Kingscote is such a beautiful venue, which is head and shoulders above other venues we looked at before booking. All our guests spoke highly of Kingscote, how beautiful it was and how well it was kept/maintained.
We had excellent communication with Georgia once she was allocated as our coordinator. We had a little rain shower about 15 minutes before the outdoor wedding ceremony, and it was handled brilliantly by Georgia and all the other suppliers. Towels were found, and seats dried so efficiently that the bride, who was in with the registrars at the time, didn’t know it had rained until after the ceremony!
The Treehouse was stunning, and the breakfast hamper was a lovely touch.

We absolutely couldn’t be happier with everything that Kingscote Barn did to make our day special. Laura was fantastic as our organiser, but everyone we met was there to make it the best day ever!
Nothing could have gone better, there are few words to describe just how perfect it was!
The process of marrying at Kingscote Barn was incredible from the day we viewed the venue to the wedding day and afterwards. Lynne was incredibly organised and put us both at ease. All of our guests had a fantastic time and commented on how well-organised everything was. The food from Relish was delicious. Wish we could do the day all over again!
Married June 2023
We had the most amazing day at Kingscote. We cannot thank Georgia enough for all her help organising before and during the day. I never felt like any question or concern was too trivial and always received a prompt response. On the day, we were both incredibly nervous, and I don’t know how I’d have coped without Georgia’s guidance and reassurances. We’ve had so much feedback from guests on how beautiful the venue and accommodation are, how smoothly the day went and how friendly the staff were.
Married May 2023
Everything went perfectly; the venue was beautiful, and Laura and the team were so helpful, especially when they cleaned the white tuxedo jacket after the groom decided to roll on the floor. All the vendors were amazing. Lee was a great help throughout the entire process and was invaluable on the day and his team at strawberry field delivered an amazing meal, I don’t think there was any food left on any plates.
Courtney was fantastic, and we love the photos we have seen. And Neil, a.k.a. dizzy feet, kept the dance floor full all night. Honestly, we couldn’t have dreamt of a better day.
Married March 2023
We just want to say a massive thank you to you for all your hard work yesterday. The whole day from start to finish was amazing and everything went so smoothly. You’ve all been amazing to deal with the whole time and I haven’t felt stressed at all is you’ve always had it sorted!
We fell in love with Kingscote Barn back in 2018 when we started looking for venues. We booked our big day for 2020, and unfortunately, Covid put a stop to that! After rescheduling our day twice, we finally got to have our dream wedding in April 2023. We were unbelievably lucky to have the wonderful Lottie as our coordinator, and she went the extra mile to ensure our day was the very best.
We had a fab experience with all of the staff at Kingscote Barn over the years as we organised our big day, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They even managed to arrange for the farm’s tractor to make an appearance in our photos for our tractor-loving toddler!
All of the small touches helped to make it feel so unique and special to us. The staff were all super helpful, organised and clearly very passionate about their jobs. We couldn’t have asked for more and just want to relive the day all over again! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the best day ever!
Married April 2023
It goes without saying that the venue is stunning. The venue is now perfect with the new pods, lodges & tree house!
Our wedding day at Kingscote Barn was everything we had dreamed of and more!
From viewing the venue 2 years ago up to our big day, nothing was ever too much trouble for any of the KB Team – someone was always available to help with any queries/advice throughout the planning process and would always go above and beyond to do so.
Lynne (wedding coordinator) was amazing and we are beyond grateful for all her hard work in making our day so special!
Married September 2023
Euan and I had the most perfect day. Lynne, we can’t thank you enough for everything you did for us in the run-up and the day itself. It couldn’t have gone any better if we tried! Everyone has sent messages complimenting the venue and said the food was ‘epic’. Thank you so much to everyone at Kingscote. Hopefully, we can come back for our anniversary in the treehouse! We did not want to leave! A truly special day.

Yes! You can get married inside the spectacular barn or outside on the terrace.
You are welcome to provide your own drinks for the drinks reception and wedding breakfast or the whole day if you wish to. We don't charge corkage, but the caterers may charge a service fee per person to cover glasses and their staffing costs for serving the drinks. A cash bar can also be available for guests to purchase their own drinks throughout the day.
We can sleep up to 50 guests in a variety of unique accommodation from our cosy pods, woodland lodges, a shepherd's hut and The Retreat with an outdoor bath and terrace. Our converted stables, known as Tallet House Rooms, are very close to the venue, and the amazing Cotswold Spring Cottage, which sleeps 8, is excellent for larger families or groups of friends.
We've been working hard to make sure we can offer excellent disabled access throughout our venue. We have step-free access from the ceremony to the wedding breakfast and back to our accommodation, with several specially-designed ground floor rooms to stay overnight; we also have designated car parking spaces for guests who require close access to the Barn.
Yes, absolutely; we have a recommended supplier for this, so please get in touch with us.
