Kin House

We had the most perfect wedding at Kin House a couple of weeks ago. They are uniquely set up to make the day and weekend the most magical and unforgettable experience – from the various settings across the venue, to the food and drinks, to the accommodations, to the staff and service, to the organisation, which meant it just ran so seamlessly and we could be fully present for our day.

Married June 2025

I could not recommend Kin House as a venue enough! I married my husband here in October 2025, we had the house for the night before and the night of, and we really had to drag everyone away on the Friday morning – if we all had it our way we would still be there! I highly recommend doing the two nights if you can, as one is just not enough!

The building and the grounds are stunning, a perfect photo opportunity in every corner! And considering we were there at the beginning of October, we were still able to use the pool, which was deliciously warm.

And the team… flawless! From the planning process to the main event – perfection! Special shout out to Alex and Holly who looked after us while we were there, these two were incredible! They made it so easy, nothing was too much trouble, and I could trust them 100%! Also huge thank you to Jack and the other bar staff for tolerating a tipsy family, and joining in and bringing all the vibes on the wedding evening!

We will have to find an excuse to go back again and again, as the two days were a dream! 10/10!

Married October 2025

We got married at Kin House in April 2025, and it was the most seamless experience from start to finish. The team at Kin House were so responsive to enquiries, extremely organised and really guided us in all of our planning meetings. They were also so helpful on the day and handled absolutely everything so that we could enjoy every moment.

Every corner of the venue is stunning, the catering was delicious, they were generous with topping up glasses, the waiting staff were attentive, and nothing was too much trouble.

We are so thrilled that we booked Kin House for our wedding – it was perfect.

Kin House is everything a wedding venue should be and more. It’s not just breathtakingly beautiful (which it is), but the team behind it is what truly sets it apart. Stephanie was our logistical wizard leading up to the event, making sure not a single box went unchecked. Alex was the king of hospitality on the day itself, making us and our guests feel completely taken care of.

Our catering lead literally made it her mission to make sure I ate all day and even chased me down with snacks at one point. From emailing me the name and paint code of a wall colour we loved during our first visit, to fielding endless emails with total patience and warmth, the level of service there is world-class. The food was amazing, our guests are still raving about it, and the staff even drove one of our stranded guests home late at night.

I used to run a wedding venue myself, so trust me, I have a critical eye, but Kin House made it nearly impossible to find a single flaw. We felt truly at home, and that’s the highest compliment I can give.

What can we say, what an unbelievable day and what an amazing team you have!

From arriving on Thursday to leaving on Saturday your team were faultless, you made sure we were both in the right places at the right times, our suppliers were also ready and waiting (and fed!), our guests were guided and looked after throughout the day. All of which your team did effortlessly!

They were cool, calm and collected even when guests dropped the 10th glass, the bride demanded the last, last song and guests slept next to the fire pit… our guests were blown away by the venue, the food and the staff so thank you.

We got married at Kin House in September 2025, and we truly couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. From the moment we arrived to get ready, to the moment we left, everything was seamless.

We originally fell in love with Kin House because of its stunning interiors, but what makes this venue truly special is so much more than just how it looks. The entire team went above and beyond to make us and our guests feel looked after at every step. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole experience completely stress-free.

The food and drinks were flawless (we’re still hearing rave reviews from our guests!), and the level of service was impeccable throughout.

A huge thank you to the whole Kin House team — you made our wedding feel effortlessly magical. We’ll be forever grateful.

Married September 2025

We got married at Kin House in April 2024, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! From the initial enquiry to booking, planning, and then the big day, everyone we dealt with was first-class, and each stage was handled perfectly.

Kin House is incredible. We had our ceremony in the garden house, and so many people have told us this was the most beautiful place they’ve ever been to for a ceremony (it was!). It was light, colourful, intimate, with great acoustics for a small band. We were fortunate with the weather, so we had the reception mostly outdoors before dinner and dancing in the Kilvert Hall and bar area. The best dinner and party space, perfect for a wedding.

We couldn’t recommend Kin House enough. Book – you won’t be disappointed.

The first word to use is ‘faultless’ from start to finish. I know for certain you made Amber and Joshes special day perfect, also the family and friends were treated with such a friendly professional manner.

As the Mother of the Bride my whole focus was Amber which I have to say so was the team that looked after us the smooth transition into Kin house while you still had other guest was faultless we felt like we were the only guests in the house. Throughout the Morning a member of the team were always on hand keeping us up to date.

It rained and rained, however the effort you went with transporting Amber and Josh’s Grandparents from the garden room to the main building was very much appreciated, thank you. Kin House is such an amazing building and environment that the rain had no effect on the day, and one of the team were always at the ready with an umbrella!

The wedding breakfast and meals throughout our stay were amazing. We all felt so, so spoilt.

Room 10 that Chris and I shared was gorgeous and faultlessly clean. Thank you, and it was tided up lovely by the team on the morning after the wedding.

The shoot event was such fun and very well-organised by yourselves, the umbrellas, seats and drinks lovely touch and the team of kin house were as attentive and helpful throughout great experience (I was a first time shooter)

A lovely memory was when all the family sat in a room and presents and cards were opened, we actually felt so at home, such a lovely cosy environment.

I could keep writing, but I hope the whole team get a massive well done for the unbelievable customer service they showed us, which went above and beyond our expectations,

I’m so bad with names, but please thank them all individually from us all because that is what they deserve.

We got married at Kin in early August and had the most spectacular weekend. From the moment we started planning last year to the moment we left the venue on the Sunday, every detail was organised to perfection, and the level of professionalism was amazing from everyone we interacted with who helped bring our dream wedding to reality. The food and drinks were delicious, and the venue is completely stunning. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything went.
