Kimbridge Barn

We have been visiting Kimbridge Barn for many years now, and it has always been a special place for us, so it was a no-brainer to book the barn for our wedding – in fact, we didn’t look anywhere else! From the open days to the regular wedding meetings, through to the day itself, everything was made so easy for us. Helen was so helpful, answering my many questions along the way!

Our guests commented all day on how beautiful everything looked and how great the food was. Everything was so well organised that the day was a breeze, and we could focus on enjoying ourselves rather than worrying about the next step.

We loved every minute of our wedding day, and would recommend Kimbridge Barn to anyone. We can’t wait to come back for lunch soon and revisit a place with even more meaning to us now. Thank you!

What a fantastic venue! Kimbridge as a venue and the team were outstanding. The whole process, end to end, was highly professional. On the day, the barn was completely beautiful. The supplier recommendations you get from Kimbridge are definitely a good idea. I also would say the food for the wedding breakfast and evening food was also remarked upon on the day.

For any couples looking to get married, many wedding venues don’t have a good wet weather plan – Kimbridge is highly flexible in that regard, and this was very useful especially in the evening. Getting married in April is always risky!

We cannot recommend Kimbridge Barn highly enough. It was truly perfect in every way! From the very beginning, communication was outstanding, and the entire team went above and beyond to ensure our day was flawless. Every single detail was handled with care, and the whole team was simply amazing.

The venue itself was ideal for our guests, offering something for everyone. The comfortable seating indoors provided a great space for those who wanted to relax, while the outdoor fire pits created a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests who preferred to sit outside. It was the perfect balance and allowed everyone to enjoy the day in their own way.

The recommended suppliers were fantastic, ensuring every aspect of the event came together seamlessly. A special mention must go to Paul, who coordinated everything on the day. His reassuring presence and “nothing is too much trouble” attitude made all the difference. Knowing we had someone as capable and attentive as him looking after things allowed us to enjoy every moment without a worry.

Our guests were full of praise for the venue The food was absolutely perfect, catering effortlessly to those with allergens and dietary requirements. Many guests commented that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had, which is high praise indeed!

From the moment we saw Kimbridge Barn shortly after our engagement to the moment we were there getting married two and half years later, it has been a wonderful process! So much love and care goes into Kimbridge Barn, and we feel blessed to have been married there! The staff are amazing. They were so attentive and friendly throughout the day! Wow, what can we say? The team at Kimbridge were phenomenal from start to finish. All our guests commented not only on the beautiful venue but how incredibly relaxed it all felt, the team at Kimbridge managed the whole wedding effortlessly and somehow managed to avoid the feeling of being herded from one location to another. The food was exceptional, and everyone loved every single minute, I wish we could do it all over again and not change a single thing!

We recently got married at Kimbridge Barn in March 2024, and without hesitation, we would absolutely recommend this venue to any couples considering it for their special day. From the very beginning, the team at Kimbridge were incredibly friendly and helpful. Communication was seamless, and any queries or concerns we had were met with prompt and reassuring responses. This was also the case on the day itself.

On the day of our wedding Kimbridge Barn looked beautiful, and we were very grateful for the team’s assistance in setting up the ceremony decorations, ensuring everything was just as we had envisioned. It is also worth mentioning that the layout of Kimbridge Barn is ideal for the unpredictable English weather. In addition to the barn, you also have access to the Boot Room as well as the lovely courtyard which is partially covered and comes with the option of lighting their fire pits. This meant our guests could still enjoy the outside area even when it rained and the temperature dropped.

One of the highlights of our wedding was undoubtedly the food. Several of our guests have since commented that the food was the best they have ever had at a wedding! We would also like to add that we found Kimbridge Barn to be excellent value for the quality of food provided. In conclusion, our experience at Kimbridge Barn was fantastic. We were married at Kimbridge Barn on the 23rd of August 2025, and from the very first time we visited your venue right through until today, the service we have received has been nothing short of incredible. The staff are not only exceptional at their jobs but also truly wonderful human beings. Throughout the planning and on the day itself, Helen, Hannah, Tilly, and Paul were all directly involved, and each one did a fantastic job. I had very little time to provide detailed instructions when dropping boxes off on the morning of the wedding, just a few scribbles on a piece of paper, and yet the set-up was flawless. Every detail was perfect, and every item was returned afterwards in excellent condition, even down to the half-burned candles. That kind of thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed and means so much, as I now have one for my keepsake box. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the whole team made us feel supported, cared for, and truly special. Kimbridge Barn is an absolutely stunning venue, but it is your people who make it extraordinary. The team you have built is a true credit to the beautiful grounds and reputation of Kimbridge Barn.

Married August 2025

From the first time we went to look at Kimbridge Barn as a potential wedding venue, we fell in love with it and booked it there and then. Helen, Cassie and Hannah have been amazing supports throughout the whole booking and planning period. We booked this venue as they are dog friendly and meant we would be able to have our dog there. Sadly and unexpectedly, we lost our dog two weeks before our wedding. The team where very empathetic, and we had a photo of our lovely Amber on a memory table. Any emails with queries were answered quickly and professionally. The venue was flexible with guest’s dietary requirements and made amendments where needed. On the day, the staff made sure it went seamlessly, and we did not have to worry about a single thing. We stopped for photos on the way which meant we missed out on canopies however we were greeted with a plate which had been saved for us, what a lovely touch. Thank you to everyone involved in making our wedding the best day ever. We cannot wait to come back for breakfast/lunch soon to be back at the venue, which filled us with so many happy memories.
