Hockwold Hall, a former royal residence, is surrounded by manicured lawns and gardens with a grand entry circular drive. Charming, wood-panelled walls, open fireplaces, a grand staircase, a lounge, and accommodation offer a unique experience for the bride, groom, and guests.
Couples may exchange vows either outdoors or indoors, and both settings offer distinctive charm. The outdoor ceremony space features a quaint covered gazebo, approached via an aisle framed by historic, manicured hedges. Indoors, the ceremony room is bathed in natural light, providing a bright and elegant setting for the occasion.
The grand marquee offers a spacious and light-filled setting for your wedding reception. It is within five acres of landscaped gardens and can accommodate up to 280 guests. A permanent bar and a dedicated dance floor annexe ensure a seamless transition from dining to evening festivities.
Hockwold Hall provides nine en-suite bedrooms, included within the venue hire. Five super king rooms and four family rooms offer accommodation for up to 26 guests.
Adjacent to the main hall, Hockwold Inn offers additional on-site accommodation, comprising eight newly renovated rooms for up to 20 guests.
Just 100 metres from Hockwold Hall, St Peter’s Cottage provides a two-bedroom holiday retreat with a spacious lounge, a modern fitted kitchen, and a double sofa bed, accommodating up to six guests.
