We had our wedding at Heist Bank in October 2022. We had been searching for a venue that suited our relaxed and non-traditional vibe when we stumbled upon Heist Bank, which ticked all the boxes for us.
Communicating with the team in the lead-up was simple and efficient. Emails were promptly replied to, and we were confident expectations were communicated through a well-designed ‘wedding diary’ that allowed us to lay out the plan and food for the day that was shared with the Heist Bank team. The reception itself was the BEST fun. The game space downstairs was lovely and quiet to retreat to with a drink and play board games. They even allowed us to plug in some switch consoles for added fun. Later in the evening, the team helped switch things over to karaoke, which was the highlight of our night. We could also have a small dance floor in the upstairs bar area.
We opted for delicious buffet food that catered well to different dietary needs. This was easy to pick and choose on the wedding diary mentioned above and meant we could cater food to our guests’ requirements. The extra-long pizzas were a great hit with everyone! If you are looking for a non-traditional wedding venue with lots of fun spaces and activities for guests to enjoy themselves, delicious food and friendly staff, I would not hesitate to recommend Heist Bank. Even my 90-year-old grandma had a blast!
We recently had our wedding reception at Heist Bank, which was an 11/10 decision. The staff at HB were exceptional, professional, easygoing, and fun. They looked after us so well; all our guests were so impressed by their level of care. The food is banging. We had shared platters for starters/main and their famous pizza in the evening. There’s a pool table upstairs and a games room with an N64 downstairs for those who don’t want to dance. If you want a casual London wedding, I can’t recommend this enough. Thank you, HB, for looking after us and our guests; you are amazing!
I just wanted to thank you so much for the best day. Everything was perfect and better than I ever could have imagined. The team was fantastic and attentive, and all our guests thought Heist Bank was a great venue with excellent food, drink, music and karaoke.

The minimum spend can be made up of both food and drink that is pre-ordered, bar tab amounts and any guest purchases made on the day of the event.
No, the hire fee is not part of the minimum spend, and the service charge goes directly to our hard-working team working your reception.
We can accommodate 80-120 seated/300 standing.
We can allow bands at our venue. However, we have some rules on this; they must be no bigger than a 3-piece, there must be no percussion or brass instruments, and they must be placed through our built-in PA system if they require sound to be amplified (we don’t allow any external speakers), and they must be finished by 10pm. This may seem like a lot of rules. However, it is to ensure we keep within our license restrictions. You are welcome to have a DJ or a playlist right until the end of your event.
To secure the date, we require the hire fee in full and a deposit of 25% of the minimum spend. Once you are ready to book, you will receive a payment link to pay by debit/credit card and an online contract to sign.
