Harvest Moon offers two exclusive wedding sites, each promising a private, immersive experience for family and friends. Positioned on one of East Lothian’s most picturesque farms, it’s a sanctuary where natural beauty meets romantic seclusion. Just 45 minutes from Edinburgh, the venue’s proximity to the coast and countryside lends an exceptional charm, whether you’re drawn to the unspoiled sands of a pristine beach or the quiet allure of an enchanting woodland.
Harvest Moon offers both a beautiful beach and woodland ceremony option. Get married on a stunning beach with white sand beneath your feet at their Beach Cabin site and spend your wedding night in their romantic honeymoon cabin. Or why not get married at the beautiful woodland site next to their treehouses, framed by views of the iconic Bass Rock?
The celebration continues with dining and dancing in Harvest Moon’s event barn, designed for joy and festivity. Currently in development and ready for use from April 2025, the barn will accommodate up to 150 guests and comes equipped with toilets, power, heating, tables, and chairs. It is spacious and versatile and provides ample room for dining, dancing, and revelry.
Harvest Moon’s accommodation options offer a unique overnight experience. Stay in a romantic honeymoon cabin with flowing white drapery and a four-poster bed, where the sea views are spectacular. For those seeking something slightly more elevated, the treehouses provide a magical retreat two metres above ground, offering breathtaking views and a sense of seclusion. With space for over 100 guests, loved ones can share in the entire weekend’s celebrations.
Couples have the freedom to select their own catering and bar supplier, creating a bespoke dining experience. Harvest Moon’s team is available to offer recommendations and ensure every taste is catered to.
Sustainability is at the heart of Harvest Moon’s ethos. Solar panels power the farm’s operations, and the wedding barn is also partly powered by solar energy.
Harvest Moon is close to the coastal town of North Berwick, crowned the best place to live in the UK by the Sunday Times in 2024! The venue is conveniently located just off the A1 and has good train connections to North Berwick and Dunbar.
