Greentrees Estate

We held our wedding at Greentrees Estate in October 2022 and we could not be more delighted with how it went! Our first point of contact was Gemma Cowell who looked after us from start to finish and constantly checked in with us to make sure everything went smoothly. Her colleague Harriet was also a part of the planning process closer to the big day.

When we first saw the venue, we were taken aback by how beautiful the grounds were and how spacious the wedding hall was. We had approximately 180 guests and there was room to spare. Moreover, we had the range and flexibility to be able to decorate the venue as we wanted. The on-site accommodation was clean, modern and incredibly practical and made for a very comfortable stay for us and our guests.

Gemma was approachable throughout the planning process and brought things to our attention that we wouldn’t have otherwise thought of. We got some excellent recommendations for suppliers and some helpful advice that only someone with local knowledge would be able to give.

The day itself was incredible – Gemma and Harriet were there to make sure everything ran smoothly and went above and beyond to make this the most wonderful day of our lives. No request was too big and no question too ridiculous. We were shown so much flexibility and they really worked their hardest to make sure everything came together. We honestly can’t thank these guys enough and would 100% recommend this venue to anyone who’s looking to throw an incredible wedding celebration!

Greentrees Estate is the perfect choice for your wedding venue. We got married here on 17th June 2023. The venue and grounds are absolutely stunning; you also get exclusive use of the venue from Friday until Sunday; it has the most beautiful bridal suite and the staff are the most friendly you will find. Unlike other venues where you get the impression you are on a wedding conveyor belt, Greentrees makes you feel special and looked after. Gemma saw us through the whole process and could not have been a better wedding coordinator. James and Harriet, who joined later to the team, were also incredible. They are a dream team.

We were particularly lucky to be able to feed the deer during the evening of our wedding. It was an experience my husband and I will treasure forever. If you are looking for a stunning venue, but with all the countryside feels.

We look forward to visiting again. Even if you are not getting married, the cottages on site are absolutely gorgeous, and we will definitely be using them for holidays and family gatherings.

We had our wedding here, and all we had were compliments from our guests saying how beautiful it was. The walled garden is amazing for after-ceremony drinks and has a wow factor. All the accommodation was perfectly furnished. All the staff (especially Gemma) were so helpful and understanding of the vision my husband and I had for our special day. I would 100% recommend having your wedding at Greentrees.

We first met Gemma on New Year’s Day 2022, and from the very moment we knew Greentrees Estate was the one! Sadly, due to unforeseen circumstances, our previous venue had let us down and no matter what other venues we visited, neither of them was a patch on Gemma and Greentrees Estate. For us, the venue itself was important however having a coordinator we could trust was equally as important, and we knew from the moment we met Gemma that she was special!

Throughout the wedding planning process the team at Greentrees Estate kept us informed, and really made sure we were on the right path. No matter what time of day or night, they were always on hand and super eager to help.

On the wedding day itself, we were absolutely blown away by Gemma and Harriet’s dedication and upmost commitment to make sure our day was perfect and that everything ran smoothly – and wow did they do that! Everything was perfect from the beginning of the day right up until we left. Gemma and Harriett did everything to ensure our day went to plan and really went above and beyond to make sure the day was special. There wasn’t a moment during the day where we felt like we had to think about anything, because all was in hand. All we had to do was enjoy the moment.
We will forever and always recommend Greentrees estate to any couple looking to get married. For us, people are at the core of a wedding venue, and we can honestly say you are in the safest of hands with the team at Greentrees and the venue itself is a dream.

We had our ceremony outdoors overlooking the lake, and it felt like a still frame from a movie. We were fortunate enough to have beautiful weather on the day, which just made it more special. We then had our wedding reception in the walled garden which again was absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect setting for everyone to mingle and catch up after the ceremony. We then hosted our wedding breakfast and evening reception in the main hall and it just looked out of this world. We have made memories that will last us a life time and this was only possible with all the support, kindness and dedication from the Greentrees team. We couldn’t have done it without you all, and for this we cannot thank you enough. There really isn’t enough words to say thank you.
