Many thanks for all of your help over the past year, helping us to organise our wedding and holding our hand throughout the process with my many questions, especially in the lead up to the wedding. The team on the day were absolutely wonderful – we couldn’t fault them. All of our guests had an amazing time and enjoyed walking around the venue and gardens. The attention to detail that I wanted was executed by the staff, and I couldn’t fault it.

What a day we had!! The Great Hall took my breath away when I first saw it. The gardens are stunning too. Everyone said how beautiful the venue was. Lauren and Claire were paramount in getting things done to a strict time schedule, which helped enormously. A huge thank you to all involved.

Our experience with Fanhams was absolutely amazing. The venue itself was so beautiful, and created a lovely atmosphere and plenty of space for guests to wander around. The staff were so helpful and attentive. Lauren was our wedding manager, and she was so lovely and helpful, always quick to respond to emails. Dear Symphonie,

We couldn’t leave without offering our heartfelt thanks to you and everyone who has helped us to have what was the perfect day and weekend. Our thanks to you in particular for your support throughout the months, always a pleasure to see or speak to and to Lauren, who has always been on hand if ever you have not.

We’d also like to thank Claire for understanding what it would take to make the day go smoothly and for putting us in the very safe hands of Caitlin, who stepped in at the last minute but gave us instant reassurance and, with Claire’s support in the background, made sure every single little detail was taken care of. We literally wanted for nothing, and it was quite clear she genuinely cared about us having the best of days, and that it was more than just a job – very rare, she did all of you and the Exclusive brand proud, as well as us.

Then also thanks to Sophie and Ben, the guys on the bar and who staffed our pop-up bar, as well as to the staff who looked after us so attentively at dinner on Saturday night and breakfast on the morning of and after the wedding. Also, a huge thank you to the chef and their team for the superb quality of the food throughout, but the wedding breakfast in particular was fabulous.

Lastly (although we’re surely missing people out), we’d like to offer thanks to your grounds team for creating and maintaining the most beautiful backdrop and setting for all of us to enjoy and to make us look good in our photos!

Words can’t fully express our appreciation for the part everyone played in giving us a day we’ll never forget, and that each of our guests has echoed.

I knew we’d missed someone, that person being Joanne, who deserves special mention for the care she took to welcome us and look after Mags parents and family so well, making them feel comfortable in unfamiliar surroundings, having never been to a hotel like Fanhams Hall, and made a real difference to their and our enjoyment.

I hope you had a great weekend. Just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at Fanhams Hall for an amazing event on Saturday night. Everything went smoothly, and the staff were excellent in their service and care of our guests. The venue of the course was beautiful. All our guests have said they had a great time and they thoroughly enjoyed the evening. Caitlin and Casey worked really hard, please pass on our thanks to them too. Of course, our biggest thanks go to you (Symphonie) for making the whole experience very smooth and easy. We would certainly recommend Fanhams Hall to our family and friends for any occasion they may be thinking of. The moment we saw Fanhams Hall on Hitched, we knew we would fall in love with it once we went to see it in person. We cannot think of a better venue to get married at. The building and both its exterior and interior design are beyond beautiful. The gardens and grounds are perfect for photos and for guests to explore. The whole team, including wedding, catering and reception, at Fanhams Hall were incredibly helpful, and we cannot thank them enough for making our wedding the most special day.

We had our wedding at Fanhams Hall in October, and all we can say is wow, what an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Everything about the day exceeded our expectations, and we honestly could not have wished for a more perfect venue or a better team to make it all happen.

From the very beginning, Symphonie was an absolute star. She guided us through the initial meetings and show rounds with such warmth and professionalism. Her encouragement, attention to detail and organisation made us feel instantly confident that Fanhams Hall was the right choice, and she was spot on. Every single detail was considered and arranged perfectly.

On the day itself, Jonny and Claire were simply phenomenal. They managed the entire event with such calmness, precision and care, making sure everything ran seamlessly from morning until night. They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Even when we made a few last-minute changes, they adapted instantly and made it all happen without hesitation.

Their commitment was genuinely unbelievable. They were there from the night before, throughout the entire wedding day and still there the next morning, ensuring everything was just right. Their energy, professionalism and kindness made all the difference. They truly made our day feel effortless and special.

For the most important day of our lives, we honestly could not fault a single thing. The team at Fanhams Hall were exceptional, the venue was stunning, and every moment was filled with care and attention. We will forever be grateful to everyone involved for helping create the most magical day imaginable.

Wow! I highly recommend Fanhams Hall for your wedding venue. The beautifully manicured grounds and Georgian mansion will blow you away. Our wedding planner, Lauren, was incredibly accommodating and responded to any questions immediately. She provided a fantastic service from start to finish. The staff on reception were all friendly and helpful, and our wedding coordinator Claire on the day was incredibly professional and made sure the day flowed seamlessly.

Our deepest gratitude goes to the entire team for making our 24-hour wedding simply outstanding.

A special thank you to Lauren: from the moment we decided that Farnham Hall would be our venue, she took us by the hand through what would be months of planning for the big day. Her professionalism and availability ensured that everything surpassed our expectations and turned our day into a dream come true.

A huge thank you to Claire, who managed the big day in an impeccable manner. I could not have been in better hands. Claire was outstanding, and as you know, Gregori and I both work in hospitality, so we fully understand what it means to deliver excellence. She connected with our guests beautifully and kept everything incredibly smooth and perfect.

Our heartfelt thanks also go to the Chef and his team. Many of our guests were chefs coming from various parts of the world, specifically for our wedding, and I must admit this filled me with a touch of anxiety. But the food was the star of the day—spectacular, delicious, and served flawlessly on time. It exceeded all expectations, and you even accommodated the last-minute changes just one week before the big day. Thank you for making that possible.

Fanhams Hall is, in my eyes, the most beautiful place in the world. It felt dreamlike, like a fairytale, and the rooms where the celebration took place were magical. You made this day unforgettable for Gregori, me, and our friends and family. This venue has become one of our places in our hearts, and we will definitely visit again.

We picked Fanhams Hall over two years ago. From the moment we walked in, we knew it would be the most perfect wedding venue. Since booking the interaction with the team was fabulous, they always invited us to the wedding showcase days, which are so dreamy, and who wouldn’t want an excuse to go see their dream venue again?! Lauren was absolutely wonderful in the run-up, helping with all of our queries, and when she was out of office, we still always got a reply! Meeting Claire a week before the wedding as our on-the-day organiser was so lovely, and any stress we had in the run up to the big day just went away. On the day we didn’t need to worry about a thing, everything was so seamless and went off without a problem. All of the staff at Fanhams Hall couldn’t do any more to make our dream day come true.
