Eaves Hall is a gorgeous Georgian-style country house refurbished and re-decorated to create a wonderful, contemporary, exclusive-use wedding venue at the heart of Lancashire’s beautiful Ribble Valley. Standing amongst 13 acres of superbly kept gardens and grounds, Eaves Hall really does present the most picture-perfect backdrop for your celebrations.
Fully licensed for civil ceremonies, the house offers both indoor and outdoor settings. Inside, the Ballroom accommodates up to 60 guests, featuring elegant décor that adds a touch of sophistication. The Pendle Room, suitable for up to 120 guests, is spacious and refined. Outdoors, the Wedding Pavilion sits amid beautifully manicured lawns, offering a picturesque backdrop for up to 120 guests. The front Veranda creates a more intimate option, framed by charming views across the grounds.
The dining room and ceremony room can accommodate up to 120 guests for a wedding breakfast, while the Ballroom offers a more intimate setting for up to 60. The bar and lounge areas overlook the gardens, giving guests space to relax and mingle, while the grand snooker room adds a touch of character and entertainment. Each of these spaces opens out onto the terraces and bowling green, allowing the celebration to flow easily between indoors and out.
There are 30 bedrooms across the estate, including six luxurious suites within the Hall itself. Each room is individually styled to reflect the elegance of the surroundings, offering a comfortable retreat after the festivities. For something more private, The Lodge serves as a mini-mansion complete with three en-suite bedrooms, a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Perfect for the wedding party or close family.
Easily accessible from the A59 and M6, and just outside Clitheroe, the venue offers plentiful free on-site parking, making the journey straightforward for guests arriving from near or far.
