As Coastal Tents is a tent and marquee supplier, on-site accommodation is venue-dependent.
Most couples pair the tents with country estates, private properties, festival-style glamping villages or rural venues offering overnight stays – allowing every celebration to be tailored around the location you choose.
Coastal Tents works with external caterers and bar teams, allowing couples complete freedom to design the dining experience they want.
Their furniture, flooring and practical infrastructure means caterers can set up efficiently, whether you’re planning a refined plated dinner, sharing-style feasts, food trucks, grazing stations or cocktail-forward receptions.
Coastal Tents covers a broad region across the South and South-West, including Dorset, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset and beyond. Delivery, setup and all transport logistics are handled by their experienced crew.
We held our daughter’s wedding in the walled garden. Bryonie was amazing in helping us pull the event together working with us and our suppliers throughout. Tony did a brilliant job in setting everything up.
As for the venue itself. Fabulous. The ideal venue with the walled garden providing a blank canvass to create the perfect dream day. Our guests were stunned many commenting that it was breathtaking.
The team at Coastal Tents provided and set up three tipis for our wedding this September. They were a pleasure to deal with and provided a beautiful, distinctive and functional setup for our wedding. A massive thank you to to you and your team for making our day wonderful. Everything was so on point, we felt hugely comfortable before and during the day asking you anything – from borrowing a hole punch to sorting a DIY tea and coffee station – and it really was the small details that ultimately made our day memorable. So many people couldn’t believe they hadn’t been to Holywell before and we kept getting asked “where did you find this place?”. Needless to say, you may well see a few of them again.
We received so many compliments on our wedding day on how good the tipis looked. They were a key feature of our wedding theme. The service was amazing and the team setting up and taking down were incredible and friendly. The open weekends we have attended prior to our wedding were so well organised and very helpful. Your venue was “magical”, “enchanted”, like “being in a fairy-tale”- comments from the men at the party! We had a fabulous time in your walled garden party venue. Just what we (hospital staff) needed to lift morale and spirits after covid. Your support in helping get the event off the ground and making it effortless and stress free for me from the moment we both spoke was very much appreciated! Everyone says it is the best party venue they have been to (and we have held parties in lovely places. I’ve organised over a dozen). The lighting in the garden, the tipis, and the indoor fire pit and the outdoor – gave it another wow factor! The rainy drizzle did not even dampen the spirits or the party mood. Having umbrellas provided was great.
You can always judge a place by the portable loos – they too were beautiful!

We have a variety of dining and seating options from round tables and folding chairs to our farmhouse banquet tables and crossback chairs. All options are available in our brochure and on our website.
You will have the marquee/tipi for a minimum of 48 hours, but our set-up days are normally Wednesday and Thursday (Friday for smaller events or ones at venues with restrictions), and then takedowns happen Sunday-Tuesday.
Yes, you will need a power supply for our lights, and anything your other vendors may need (caterers, bands, etc.). We can supply a generator, or, if the venue has an adequate power supply, we can provide cables and distribution.
Yes, we do. In an emergency, call the number provided by our crew chief after we finish setting up.
We always recommend you take out our wedding insurance to cover the marquee and everything else you hire. To learn more, visit our website.
