The hire price includes:

- Three-day access period for suppliers
- Parking for 50+ cars
- Use of the stretch tent and festoon lighting
- Electricity and mains water
- Toilets and caterers’ prep kitchen
- Corkage (they don’t charge corkage)
Their pricing does not include as standard the additional £250 ceremony fee if you are using the barn for a legal ceremony (there is also the option of St Mary’s Church a short walk away).

The venue boasts a dedicated kitchen for catering suppliers, complete with stainless steel worktops, sinks, space for ovens, and an industrial fridge and freezer. A covered lean-to space opens onto the, providing a versatile area for overflow dining or as an evening bar. The walled garden features a spacious stretch tent for additional covered space if needed. The wooden bar under the tree in the courtyard, illuminated by fairy and festoon lights, adds a warm and inviting touch to the setting.
