The Setting

Caer Llan is a family run wedding and events venue in Monmouthshire, South Wales. Hidden away on a secluded hillside in 25 acres of garden, field and woodland, the beautiful old country house enjoys stunning views over the rolling countryside of the Vale of Usk towards the distant Welsh mountains.

The Vibe

Caer Llan are fortunate to enjoy exceptional far reaching views of the beautiful Monmouthshire countryside which provide the perfect setting for special occasions where your guests can enjoy creating a celebration filled with lifelong memories.

They have an experienced in-house catering team lead by their Head Chef who will prepare a mouthwatering menu to keep your guests happy throughout their stay. With 16 en-suite bedrooms including doubles and family rooms, accommodation is available to book for the night of and the night before the wedding if required.

What an absolutely amazing weekend and beautiful setting we have had for our wedding. Everything went absolutely perfectly and smoothly, everyone we have spoken to had an amazing time. Kathryn has been amazing throughout, keeping us fully updated, reassured us when required and always answered our queries so quickly. A superb wedding venue in Monmouth. I performed here on Saturday 13th November 2021 with my professional wedding band ‘Punch The Air’ and the owners and all the staff couldn’t have been nicer to us. (They even offered us cake and coffee upon arrival… in all my years as a musician this has never occurred before) Caer Llan is a very well run wedding venue with a very easy load in for musicians, superb sound and even built in disco lighting. We had a superb time and I highly recommend you book this wedding venue for your own wedding too.

Such lovely welcoming staff! I photographed a wedding there and was made to feel at home – it’s stunning!! Their covid protocols are very high in standard which are throughly put in place to keep safe but also allow an amazing day.
