Botleys Mansion

As soon as we saw Botleys Mansion, we knew this was the venue we wanted for our wedding. Starting at the bottom of the sweeping drive, working its way through the stunning surroundings, up to the double staircases at the front entrance, to the Green Room and finally to the conservatory – everything about the venue definitely has the WOW-factor. The grandeur of the exterior combined with the elegant, well looked after, modern interior (which retains classic touches) really makes for a truly stunning venue.

The planners were great to deal with in the lead up, always there for help and advice throughout. The team on the day were exceptional! Big shout out to Dan who ensured our day ran without a hitch. All in all, the team went out of their way to ensure our day was perfect and we can’t thank them enough. Especially coupled with the beautiful food, cocktails and wine.

All in all a 10/10 experience.

I just wanted to personally reach out and say a huge thank you to you for being a perfect planner and all the help and support you’ve given us this past 2 years. It truly led to the most amazing day without a hiccup! So thank you.

Sarah, Emma and Dan were incredible. They really helped destress and absolutely loved having them part of our day! Again wouldn’t have been the same without them!

Lastly please thank the chefs, everyone has been talking about the food and how it’s the best they’ve ever had at a wedding, they can’t stop mentioning the beef!

A wonderful day we’ll never forget!

I just wanted to thank you for a providing a wonderful wedding celebration for my daughter and son in law at Botley’s Mansion on Friday 6th August. From arriving at the venue to leaving everything was perfectly and seamlessly organised. Everyone was so attentive and helpful throughout the day and all the guests have commented in particular about the amazing food.

We just want to thank you all so much from the bottom of our hearts for helping us have a perfect day. The staff were absolutely incredible from beginning to end and were integral to everything going off without a hitch! The two leads for the day and our MC in particular were incredibly friendly and our family and friends all commented on what the professional service they received.

Dear Harper Team, Kevin and I just want to say a huge thank you to all the team at Botleys for making our day so special from the moment we arrived to when we left. We could not have asked for such a professional well-run day. Many of our guests commented on the smooth running, the delicious food, the attentive service and the pleasant staff who could not do enough for us. Special mention should go to Ann for taking calls and sorting out last minute changes, Dan for ensuring a smooth-running day and keeping us on track and to Hayley for her organisation of the evening.

The day was truly magical, and all family and friends enjoyed themselves immensely. We also want to commend the Harper team for all their help and support throughout the complications of the COVID pandemic and our initial postponement through to our special day.

Harry and I would like to take this time to personally thank you all for making our wedding day so perfect and everything we could have dreamt of. It was genuinely like a fairy tale wedding for us.

We were always worried that the day could not live up to our originally planned wedding but everyone made sure the day could not be compared. It was everything we could and would have wished for. All we could say after was let’s do it all again because it just went too quickly.

Dan, Rachel and Emma really went above and beyond to ensure the day flowed and that we were truly never without. They thought about everything and really made the day special for us. The food was delicious and was a highlight for everyone, we are still receiving messages about how delicious the food was and how it was the best people have ever had at any wedding before! The timings, turn around of the rooms, the set up, drinks were all fantastic and we are both very grateful to you all. We thank you so much again. Maddie and Ann, your support with the planning of the day and everything we discussed was put out on the day.

Thank you again to everyone, we couldn’t recommend the whole experience more!

Firstly Jamie and I would just like to say that we had the most amazing day on Saturday – it was 100% worth the wait. Thank you for all your help in the lead up to the event.

We just wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for our wedding day on Thursday. The whole day ran so smoothly, it really was a dream come true. Maddie and Anne have been fantastic throughout the planning process. Nothing was too much trouble, including all the last minute changes after the planner was locked. Thank you so much. To the lovely ladies who met me in the reception and were constantly checking every detail was perfect, as a bride could not have asked for anything more. And a special mention to Guy. You met us when we first viewed Botleys Mansion and were the last person I spoke to on the wedding day. You are a true gentleman and the day could not have gone as it did without you. We cannot thank you enough. You are a credit to a Botleys mansion. The food and wine were fantastic and all bar and waiting staff were great. All of our guests were blown away by the venue and day.

Jennifer, I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you so much for all that you did for us and the efforts you put into making our wedding a special day. People couldn’t praise us enough for how everything turned out. All the details like the flowers and the food was amazing. The cake was just fantastic. Every detail was 100% and the bijou team was so professional. As for Dan and Guy, they were just fantastic. Dan was just amazing on the day. Everyone had a good thing to say about him. He is an amazing young man and he stepped out of his way to make sure every detail was executed. So on behalf of myself, my wife Eileen, my family and friends, I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I would definitely recommend you in the future to friends for any special occasion.

I wanted to thank the whole team at Botleys Mansion on the day – they made the event very special. I particularly want to thank Guy, Dan and Sarah. The three of them made, not just the bride and groom, but the whole family feel very special. The professionalism was incredible but with a lovely touch of being treated like a friend by them and made to feel the most important person in the world. Of course they also had a great team supporting on the day. The food was delicious and all our guests have complimented us on that – which is a great compliment as all of us are real foodies! The organisation on the day was perfect – we could not have asked for more.

So, guys, where do we even start. Saturday was unbelievable, and it wouldn’t have been possible without everyone who’s been involved from Botleys, from start to finish. From Emma, who at the outset, made us believe a crazy pipedream (with 3 months to do it!) was doable, to Maddie, for being so brilliant at responding to our queries, big and small, and pulling everything together to make sure we got there on the big day, to Guy, Dan and Rachel (and all of the staff around them), on the day, and beforehand, for being the most genuine, attentive, supportive, and brilliant guys, and making sure the day ran smoothly. From Dan, updating Paul (Steph’s Dad, and former City player!) on the football scores, to bringing Steph a birthday negroni, even after he’d been so generous and good to us already, to saying her dress looked amazing; and Guy, for making everything run so smoothly; for hunting down our cake topper in a mountain of empty bags, for presenting us with an unbelievable memento in the oil painting print of Botleys, and being fantastic to us all, and all our guests along the way, and to Rachel, for dropping in to both of us on Saturday, calming the nerves, and if ever it was in doubt, giving us 100% confidence that everything was in hand. Everyone left on Saturday (or Sunday if they were staying), praising the venue beyond belief, and saying they’d genuinely had the best day ever. The great thing for us is, rather than just being left wondering whether it’s just something people say after your wedding, we truly believe them, and think so too. It also goes beyond Guy and Dan, and Rachel, and Maddie, and Emma, to all of the staff at Botleys (most of which we sadly didn’t catch the names of, but were all fantastic). Thanks again – you all deserve as much praise from everyone as we can give, and hopefully this makes it to the right place for everyone, so that whoever is highest up at Botleys knows what an amazing job you all did for us.

Thank you so soooooo much to everyone that helped make our day go perfectly. From the very beginning of the day the staff were on hand to help and nothing was too much. The waiters/waitresses were absolutely amazing and so professional. My aim was to have the wedding of my dreams and you all ensured that dream came true. My guests all commented on how spectacular the venue and the staff were on the day. Myself and Martin are truly grateful for everything you done for us, we will never forget our magical wedding day and we thank you ALL from the bottom of our hearts. The staff worked tirelessly before hand to ensure everything was in place and everything ran smoothly. Words cannot describe how incredible our wedding day was and you all made that happen. Thank you very, very much.

We recently had our wedding at Botleys and we cannot recommend the team and venue enough. Our day was absolutely beautiful, Maddie was amazing throughout the planning stages and during a stressful time helped so much! The food, drinks and staff on the day were unbelievable. Our guests were so impressed with everything. Again, thank you all so much for giving us the best day!

I just wanted to email now we are home from our mini moon to say what an amazing time we had on Saturday. It was everything we dreamt of and more! Thank you all so much again for the best memories we will cherish forever.
