The starting price is based on the following (spring, summer, and autumn weddings):
- Exclusive use of wedding areas from 9 a.m. to close on your wedding day, with set-up time the day before your wedding.
- Spectacular yurt marquee, private garden, and rustic party barn.
- Festoon lights, a fire pit, deckchairs and vintage garden games.
- Experienced wedding coordinator to help in the 12 months running up to your wedding, with on site meetings 12, 6 and 3 months before your wedding.
- All staffing is included, which also covers the basic setup of styling and decor according to your instructions.
Additional extras:
- Drinks and food are an additional cost. You may also take in external caterers if you wish. Street food vans are a popular choice!
- Glamping in yurts is available on the farm, sleeping up to 40 people in total.
Winter weddings are also available with the hire of the barn and mezzanine area for a lower price.

Bennetts Willow Barn is a fun, relaxed wedding venue on a working farm, oozing rustic charm at every turn. Its unique and spectacular yurt marquee was originally built for the owner’s wedding, and their day was so much fun that they wanted to share the venue with other couples, too!
They have a beautiful feature-filled garden and a rustic party barn, perfectly suited to relaxed and informal weddings, with enjoyment key. Based on their working dairy farm, you’ll feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, with beautiful views and sunsets across their cow grazing fields, but within easy distance of the city of Worcester and major transport links.
The team loves festival-style weddings! They’re very flexible and easygoing, so let your imagination run wild!
The amazing yurt is the centrepiece of the day, with ceremonies taking place in the garden under the rustic pergola or in the air-conditioned barn. Enjoy arrival drinks in the garden with vintage garden games. Once dusk falls, enjoy the warmth of the fire pit, with marshmallows provided for toasting over the fire and fairy lights all around you. They are dog and child-friendly.
They have various catering options, all prepared in-house by their catering team, with hog roasts and pizza ovens being their most popular options. Bennetts Ice Cream, served from their vintage tricycle, is, of course, a popular dessert option, along with their delicious homemade cakes and desserts. You can also bring in a favourite outside caterer if you would prefer, as they also allow external suppliers to prepare your wedding feast.
Glamping accommodation is available on the farm at Worcester Glamping. Let your guests make a real event of your wedding by offering them a weekend in the comfortable yet quirky yurts next door. Breakfast is available to everyone in the mornings.
