We just wanted to drop you a note to thank you again for everything you’ve done to enable us to have the wedding of our dreams. We both had the best day; right now, we’re drifting on cloud nine with the perfect amount of hangover headache!

You’ve been an absolute star and made the process smooth with your calm, kind words and impeccable attention to detail. Please pass on our love and thanks to the rest of the team – every single person we spoke to couldn’t do enough for us, and we will forever be grateful to you all.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for making Saturday so wonderful. We had an absolutely fantastic day. Nettlestead was the perfect venue, and many people commented on how smoothly the whole day ran.

Another huge thank you to the catering team. All the food was delicious. One of our friends who is gluten intolerant said it was the first wedding she had ever been to where she was actually offered canapés so again, thank you for taking such good care of our guests!

You made the whole experience memorable from start to finish, and your calm demeanour was a huge comfort to us all. We all had a wonderful day, and all the people you recommended were amazing. Lewis is a real credit to you, polite, charming, attentive and thoroughly professional, ensuring everything in the marquee ran smoothly.

The whole day at Nettlestead was phenomenal. The food and the service were exemplary, which is why we invited all the staff and chefs to receive an acknowledgment from the guests. The compliments from so many guests are a tribute to you and the entire team. Thank you.

Firstly thank you for all your input into our big day on Friday! We had the most perfect day at Nettlestead Place, and everything ran smoothly.

The day was perfect in every way; no doubt a large part was down to you and your meticulous organisation and professionalism! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to you and your team. Not only were you on top of every aspect of our wedding throughout the planning, but we were both genuinely pleased to meet such a lovely and genuine person. You made planning much easier, and we knew we were in good hands.

As expected, we and our guests have not stopped discussing how wonderful the day was, from the venue to the catering and friendly goodbyes from your team at the end of the evening. It was all so perfect.

We had such fun with our photographers wandering the Nettlestead grounds. In the four days of back-to-back weddings they had booked, it was Nettlestead they admitted they were most looking forward to! They were like children in a sweet shop at every corner they turned and were so creative, including using the drone. I bet they’ve got some cracking pictures up their sleeves!

On Friday, we made memories that would last a lifetime; thank you again for your part.

We had our wedding reception at Nettlestead Place in August 2023, and what a special day it was! Sharon was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we made initial enquiries. We visited the venue on multiple occasions before the big day, which was a big help in visualising how things would work and look. Thanks to Sharon’s meticulous organisation, everything on the day went without a hitch. The venue and grounds were stunning, and many compliments were received from our guests. I cannot recommend it enough!

What a phenomenal venue!

As soon as we saw it, we knew it was the one! The staff are wonderful, and the grounds are spectacular. We cannot recommend this venue enough, from the food to the organising, to the decor. We got married in the Undercroft, a magical, beautiful area of the venue, which is nothing like anything we have seen before. Before moving to the beautiful rose garden and ending our day in the fantastic, spacious marquee.

Nettlestead Place is the perfect venue for a timeless British garden wedding. We were offered to spend the evening in the bridal suite after the wedding, and we cannot thank Annabel and Roy enough for their hospitality. The stay was amazing and the cooked breakfast we highly recommend. Our perfect venue for our perfect day and the only thing that I would change is that I would do it all again and again and again.
