James and I just wanted to say a huge thank you for everything you did in the lead up to our wedding day. The countless emails and all of the organisation is really appreciated and it really did mean that our day was just perfect form start to finish! We didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day and we couldn’t fault the staff at the Chateau – they were brilliant! You’ve all certainly given us an amazing day to remember so thank you.
I just wanted to send a personal email to yourself to say thank you so so so so much for everything that you did for myself and my husband – yes, that will take some getting used to! Everything on Thursday ran so smoothly from start to finish and it was just perfect! Tracey was spectacular on the day when she helped myself, my mum and my bridesmaids and the rest of the staff plus Tim (the MoC) really showed their impressive teamwork and support for Kris and the Groomsmen when it came to manoeuvring the many amount of signs we had! Honestly, the ballroom looked gorgeous and the Belle Epoque – just wow!!!
But Alysha, honestly, because of your guidance and support and just being there for us, made the day just so easy, because everything just fell into place. Nothing went wrong (bar a minus mishap with a Groom’s trouser buckle, but that’s just minor haha!) and every guest said how beautiful and amazing the venue was – they did really think they were abroad somewhere! So thank you Alysha, from the bottom of my heart – you are definitely, without a shadow of a doubt, amazing!
I hope many other Brides and Grooms in the future really understand and appreciate how much dedication and passion that yourself and other coordinators that you put into their individual weddings – you do a fab job! So again, thank you!
Literally had the best day! The timings on the day went exactly to plan. Staff were just brilliant and knew exactly what they were doing throughout the day. All the little things were spot on and drinks were never empty.
Tom and I just wanted to email to say a huge thank you to all of the staff at Le Petit Chateau for their AMAZING work at our wedding on Friday. The service, food, friendliness and organisation from everyone was fantastic. All of our guests commented on the venue and Tom and I had the most fantastic day and that was largely due to the LPC team. All the little details including pulling us to one side so we could eat some canapés, getting us a cocktail before we entered the wedding reception – all contributed to us having the most perfect day.
Just to say our wedding October wedding was fantastic. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. It was only Paul, myself and our two Border Terriers and we were made to feel very special. The gardener even gave me a rose to keep! The weather didn’t deter our day and the fire pit where we had our fizz and canapés was lovely. The wedding breakfast in the wedding ceremony room was so beautiful and special, it was a lovely end to our day. I can’t thank you and the whole team at Le Petit Chateau enough with what has been a bad year. I would recommend your hotel to anyone wanting to get married.
Thank you to Le Petit Chateau for an amazing weekend celebrating my daughter’s wedding. The venue is stunning and we all loved every minute. The bridal suite is beautiful. The food in William de Percy, wedding breakfast and evening food was of a very high standard. The vegetarian breakfast the following morning was lovely, and helped that day-after-the-night-before feeling!
The staff couldn’t do enough for you, and were always there to ensure the whole day/night went smoothly and without a hitch. The wedding event coordinator on-the-day did a great job settling a nervous bride and groom, and ensured even the littlest flower girls were entertained. The master of ceremonies was great, great humour and just the right personality for this role, again ensuring wedding breakfast and evening went without any problems.

On behalf of my husband and I, I want you thank you SO much. From the initial booking, all the way through to finalising details and answering a raft of silly questions along the way, you have all been so friendly, attentive, kept me calm and as a result I can confidently say that the entire wedding planning process has been so enjoyable – so much so that I wish I could do it all over again! What sets you apart is that no matter what time or day, each one of you has given up the time to make me feel an absolute priority, even when I know you have hundreds of brides to cater to.
We attended Tom and Jodie’s wedding on 16th June with our son, Logan, who has multiple complex dietary issues and allergies. We had an amazing time, Logan was reaction free and we can honestly say that Le Petit Chateau is the ONLY place that has made us feel so reassured and relaxed about Logan’s food. Every member of staff were not only aware of the situation, but knew Logan by name. He was fully involved in the day and for once was served his own meals – not from my snack box! It may seem small, but we could never express our gratitude for how Logan was catered and accommodated for. You allowed us to properly enjoy my brother’s wedding without the usual anxiety that comes with attending events. You are all outstanding and we would not hesitate to return. Thank you so much.
We just want to say a massive thank you to you and the whole LPC team for making our wedding such a special day! You’ve been amazing to work with through all of the planning, and making the changes last minute, we really appreciate it. Tim was absolutely amazing the whole day and everyone loved him and the atmosphere! The staff also were so lovely and we’ve had so many compliments on how fantastic the day was. The managers who came to see us the night before and morning of made us feel so relaxed. It was better than we ever imagined!

Your dedicated wedding coordinator is there to organise all in-house aspects of your big day between booking your wedding right up until the day before. The night prior, you'll meet with our experienced wedding manager who will then oversee the running of your special day. Your wedding coordinator will look after all food and drink requirements, timings and flow of the day, additional extras, and advice regarding external suppliers. All members of our lovely wedding team have a wealth of knowledge and experience and are all always on hand to answer any questions you may have, no matter how small or silly they seem - you are in safe hands!

There are 19 double bedrooms onsite including a Honeymoon Suite (which is complimentary as part of your wedding package).
Just give your wedding coordinator a buzz for availability. If you wish to book, we can then either add these additional rooms onto your 'minimum contracted amount', or your guests can ring and secure immediately with payment in full.
