THE LAKE and THE LILY POND make a stunning backdrop for an outdoor ceremony, The GLASS HOUSE with its tropical plants and stunning greenery, is a versatile space for your wedding breakfast, then once you’ve said ‘I do’ THE HUT, with its corrugated metal walls and ornate chandeliers, is a stunning space for your late night celebration or after party.

The onsite accommodation comprises a luxurious 8-bedroom Manor house and six barn conversions, arranged around an 18th-century courtyard where traditional English farm meets Italian villa.

With over 40 acres across the property, there are plenty of outdoor spaces to host your ceremony within the grounds or enjoy a BBQ, hangover brunch, or evening drinks and cocktails for family and friends during the course of your wedding weekend.

THE PLANT HOUSE and THE HAY BARNS provide unique covered spaces for your wedding ceremony, with enough room to seat up to 200 guests; there’s no need for a marquee. If you are planning an outdoor ceremony, THE LAKE and THE LILY POND will make a stunning backdrop. The incredible vistas are especially magical at sunrise and sunset, making them two of the most beautiful outdoor spaces to hold an event.

THE GLASS HOUSE is a versatile space for your wedding breakfast. Protected from the elements, the setting with its tropical plants and orangery style appearance offers an amazing indoor-outdoor feel in the day, but transforms into an enchanting oasis when the sun sets.

At ANRÁN, they take pride in offering stylish and comfortable accommodation. There are 14 en-suite guest rooms that cater for 28 people. However, many of the rooms also have sofa beds, pull-outs or space for extra beds, which enable them to accommodate up to 40 people throughout the property. Each guest room is unique and furnished with pieces from the former farm itself or collected from the owner’s travels around the world.

Guests staying in THE MANOR HOUSE have access to a well-equipped chef’s kitchen and a dining room with a large table that can accommodate up to 20 people. Each of THE BARNS has its own kitchen/kitchenette where your guests can take care of their own breakfast. These guest rooms feature coffee- and tea-making facilities, while some come with fully equipped kitchens.

Just a short stroll from the main accommodation, the GLAMPING SITE is available as an optional extra for your guests. It hosts up to 16 tents, features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and includes five full bathrooms -all matching the high standards of THE MANOR HOUSE and THE BARNS.

You are free to select your own suppliers, or they can recommend a carefully curated list of vendors with whom they work on a regular basis. When selecting a catering company, it is essential to choose one that is not only reliable but also flexible and capable of creating something uniquely tailored to your needs.

ANRÁN’s owners are on hand to talk through your wedding plans with you, and are experienced at creating themes to make sure the look of your wedding matches your dreams. They have a wonderful range of local professional suppliers available on request who can take care of everything from the catering to decorations, tableware to furniture, wedding cakes to food trucks. You’re in very good hands!

At ANRÁN, sustainability is not just a philosophy – it’s at the heart of everything they do. Edwin and Mike have transformed a once-derelict farmhouse, along with its original cowsheds, feed barns, and milking parlour, into luxurious accommodation that honours the farm’s heritage. Wherever possible, they’ve reused original materials and preserved the character of the buildings, blending history with conscious, eco-friendly design.

Their commitment to environmental responsibility includes the use of a biomass boiler system, which sustainably heats both the accommodation and the swimming pool. They also cultivate an Organic Kitchen Garden that provides fresh, seasonal produce, sold in an onsite honesty shop, with proceeds donated to causes close to their hearts – Cancer Research and Veterans with Dogs.

ANRÁN is located in the picturesque Village of Landscove, just 15 minutes’ drive from Totnes and Ashburton. It is approximately 20 miles South of Exeter, a 15-minute drive from Totnes and Ashburton, and 20 minutes from Newton Abbot.

The nearest train stations are Totnes and Newton Abbot, both of which offer direct hourly services to London Paddington. The closest Airport is Exeter Airport, offering National and International Flights.
