The Old Dairy Barn is an extraordinary renovated 17th-century barn-the perfect setting for your ceremony. This beautifully repurposed farm building boasts elegant interior design, featuring captivating chandeliers and sophisticated black limestone flooring. Coton House Farm also offers the unique charm of an outdoor ceremony at our beautiful Pergola. Here, couples can exchange vows amidst stunning natural surroundings, with the added delight of picturesque views of our horses in the nearby paddocks, creating a truly memorable backdrop.

The Oak Barn is a magnificent, light-filled space, offering breathtaking views and the capacity to host up to 120 day guests and 220 evening guests. Its neutral decor, soaring ceilings, and expansive windows create a stunning and adaptable backdrop for any wedding theme, allowing you the freedom to infuse your unique personalities into every detail. This versatile barn effortlessly accommodates every stage of your wedding day, from day to evening.

Expansive covered patio spaces provide inviting areas for your guests to enjoy reception drinks and canapés, or to take a break from the dance floor. All areas are seamlessly connected and fully accessible, ensuring all your guests can enjoy the day with ease.

The on-site accommodation features four opulent rooms, ideal for newlyweds and their closest guests. Originally stables, these characterful spaces have been lovingly converted into spacious suites, each named after the horses who once resided here: Alfie, Chester, Dinky, and Scallywag.

Designed to provide both comfort and privacy, each individually decorated room features a luxurious king-size bed and a stylish vanity unit. You’ll find a contemporary en-suite bathroom complete with a shower, plush towels, and toiletries, along with the added comfort of underfloor heating. For your convenience, each room also includes a television and complimentary Wi-Fi. A double sofa bed in each room allows for flexible arrangements, comfortably accommodating up to two children.

Whittington is a historic village and civil parish nestled in the Lichfield district of Staffordshire, England, about three miles southeast of Lichfield. It boasts a rich history and is characterised by a rural setting surrounded by green belt land and agriculture, fostering a strong sense of community. Key historical landmarks include Whittington Old Hall, a medieval manor house with Tudor origins, and St Giles Church, which dates back to the 13th century. The prominent Whittington Barracks, now the national headquarters for Defence Medical Services, also houses the Staffordshire Regiment Museum. If you’re driving, you’ll find the venue at the end of Vicarage Lane. While it offers a secluded feel, it’s conveniently located only about 3 miles from Lichfield City Centre, making it accessible by a short taxi ride or a short walk if you take a bus to Whittington Village. There is ample free private parking available on-site for visitors.
