Marchwiel Hall offers flexible reception spaces tailored to guest numbers. The ballroom, with its sprung floor and cascading windows overlooking the gardens, accommodates up to 50 guests. Smaller receptions can be held in intimate spaces such as the Morning Room, while larger gatherings can be hosted in a marquee within the grounds. Exclusive use of the house and gardens ensures complete privacy. The sun bar, with views over the distant cricket ground, provides an ideal spot for canapés and champagne.

Marchwiel Hall provides on-site accommodation in two newly renovated Gamekeeper’s Cottages, each sleeping six guests with private parking and gardens. Within the hall, the Honeymoon Suite offers sweeping views of the surrounding landscape, a serene space to prepare for the day. Additional accommodation is available in hotels nearby.

Couples can choose from three leading caterers: The Cheshire Dining Experience, Wild Garlic, and Big 5 Catering. Each provides a tailored menu experience, including a tasting evening. Vivid Bar Services supplies the bar, offering a range of drink packages to suit individual preferences.
