In the ancient rural parish of Whittington on the edge of the Cotswolds, Anthology Farm sits at the head of an expansive valley. Built 300 years ago using local limestone, this collection of tenderly modernised barns has been designed with intimate celebrations and grand gatherings in mind. Anthology Farm was given a new lease of life as a family home before throwing open its barn doors with Unique Homestays, offering couples a romantic place to tie the knot against a photographer’s dream backdrop of fairy trails and streams.
The main wedding barn features minimal, Scandi-style interiors that are an idyllic neutral backdrop for bespoke touches, such as seasonal flower arrangements and tablescapes. Bring in caterers for a classic wedding breakfast, or hire a pizza truck for a relaxed garden feast.
As a luxury self-catering home near Cheltenham, Anthology Farm can accommodate up to eighteen guests, including babies and children. Bedrooms are split between The Cotswold Barn and The Meal Barn. Here, the couple and their loved ones can relax around the big day in their very own wellness retreat, complete with a heated indoor pool, yoga studio and cinema room.
