Timeless Styling for the Modern Couple at Godwick Great Barn

The stunning venue, surrounded by unspoiled views of the Norfolk countryside is unrivalled which is why the creative team knew it would be the perfect backdrop for a timeless but modern editorial, with a rustic, boho edge. I absolutely love the simplistic palette of greens, whites and earthy tones – it allows the venue to shine in all its natural glory.

This styled shoot took place at the beautiful Godwick Great Barn. It was the perfect location for all those involved to get together and create a timeless, refreshing inspiration piece as we entered spring.

This editorial felt like a breath of fresh air with a natural vibe evident through the venue decor, and a hint of fresh new trends through the modern couple’s style and outfit choices. We wanted this shoot to capture a fresh, organic feel too and managed to do so through the use of soft natural colours of greens and neutral whites.

Naya Bridal showcased the FINN bridal suit featuring a buttery soft crepe, edged with satin block hems and a single pearl button which was the perfect modern take on a bridal outfit, before changing  into the gorgeous ARIA mini dress for an evening wedding reception look.

MUA Michelle Paton created a bridal makeup look which captured and enhanced our bride’s natural beauty by highlighting features which enabled the bridal glow to shine through.

Hair stylist Laura Howard created a simple, elegant, but on-trend ponytail which worked beautifully with the modern outfit choices.

We were delighted to showcase some of Sea and Stone Jewellery‘s pieces for the shoot. Their wedding bands, earrings and necklace were bridal in style without being too traditional or sparkly. It was this fresh simple style which ended up completing the look perfectly.

Fiori and Co created an overgrown organic feel with floral creations in neutral whites and fresh greens. This simple organic elegance worked perfectly as the backdrop for both our ceremony set up and wedding breakfast table setting, as well as the understated bridal bouquet too.

This shoot was created to inspire couples and demonstrate how to blend a simple, timeless elegance with fresh, new on-trend ideas.
