Bredon Manor is a grand country house surrounded by the rolling Gloucestershire countryside. Weddings here are intimate, with only a handful hosted each year. The estate, including the gardens, is exclusively yours for the weekend. Guests can enjoy drinks on the lawn and explore the sunken rose garden.
Get married at the beautiful local church, St Giles, which is right next door. Walk from the church through a private gate into the beautiful garden of Bredon Manor to your reception. Alternatively, a celebrant can perform a blessing within the grounds, either outside or in their barn.
There are no fixed templates at Bredon Manor. Each reception is designed to reflect the couple’s vision. Drinks and canapés can be served on the lawn in front of the Manor, by the pool, or on the lawn overlooking the church. The barns provide an elegant wet-weather alternative. The estate can also host additional celebrations on Friday evening and Sunday, whether by the pool or in the barns.
The basic hire includes a luxury two-bedroom cottage for Friday and Saturday night and two bedrooms in the Manor on Saturday night. Up to 16 guests can also stay in additional accommodation across the estate, including the two-bedroom Coach House, the two-bedroom Lodge, and four Georgian bedrooms in the Manor. One of these rooms is ideal for the wedding party to get ready, offering ample space and natural light.
Whatever your tastebuds desire, whether it’s canapés on the lawn, feasting in the barn, street food or a traditional sit-down meal, their carefully selected preferred caterers will work with you to ensure a delectable dining experience.
Bredon Manor is located in the beautiful Cotswold village of Bredon which has two pubs perfect for an Ushers’ or Bridesmaids’ lunch. Several B&Bs and cottages are available for hire in the village for additional guests.
Bredon Manor is a short drive from Tewkesbury, Cheltenham, Bristol, and Birmingham, with on-site parking for 50 cars.
Ashchurch for Tewkesbury station (4 miles) connects to major cities, while Evesham (30 mins) offers direct trains to London.
Birmingham and Bristol airports are 51 and 60 miles away.
