What a spectacular wedding we had at the Admiral’s House! We were an intimate wedding of 50 and had exclusive use of the whole house which made the day feel even more special!

The amazing and friendly team at the Old Royal Naval College went above and beyond to ensure everything was how we wanted for our special day. You can tell that weddings are something which the team do on a regular basis and are amazing at! The whole process of planning has been relaxing and enjoyable. We were able to enjoy our engagement, the planning of the wedding and our actual wedding day knowing everything was under control. The suppliers they recommended were also incredible and knew what was going on and the flow of weddings at the venue. Both our wedding planner and the suppliers sorted all logistics between them, our only job was to turn up and have a good time!

The Admiral’s House was the first wedding venue we went to see – and the only one we needed to see. We were set on it immediately!

From the very start Lizi was incredible – we always knew when to expect things to happen, and she would answer even the smallest questions (especially in the last few weeks before the wedding). It was like planning a wedding with a good friend. A very professional friend who knew exactly what she was doing! Her shared excitement in our wedding made the whole experience that much more special.

We had a lot of different diets to accommodate – vegetarian, vegan, and coeliac, and the caterers dealt with it all admirably. No one was given a meal that was ‘less’ than any other, each one was an intentionally crafted delight – right down to the provision of some non-dairy chocolates with coffee. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the food was.

The venue co-ordinated with our various suppliers perfectly, taking all of the stress out of the day itself – and they even rallied to my tiny instructions for special touches (like arranging pencils on origami butterflies, I kid you not).

We really could not have asked for a more perfect wedding – it all ran so smoothly on the day. Ioana even stopped me from going down the aisle with one of my buttons undone – phew. The whole staff on the day were just fantastic, and we felt like they were supporting and looking out for us. If I could do my whole wedding again, I would do it in exactly the same way, with these amazing people.

The best venue in London!!

There is no other venue that can begin to compare to the Painted Hall at the Old Royal Naval College!!

The men arrived in style by boat which got some amazing photos! I truly felt like a princess waking down the aisle in the Painted Hall it was everything I had ever dreamed of. We were lucky with weather and were able to have our drinks reception on the colonnades which was lovely! Having the after party in the Undercroft meant that our guests were able to see a lot of the venue and history of the building! My friends and family were blown away with the venue and the level of professionalism and friendliness of the team. They made every single person feel special! I cannot thank the team enough for making our wedding day one we will never forget. I can now say I got married in the Sistine Chapel of the UK!!

Stunning venue!

We had our wedding at the Painted Hall a couple of weeks ago, shortly after it reopened after the conservation works. Words cannot do justice to how beautiful the venue is – absolutely stunning, even breathtaking! Our guests could not stop raving about how gorgeous it was. Beyond the stunning architecture and interiors of the venue itself, the service provided by CH&Co, especially our dedicated team of Lizi and Ben, was fantastic. The food was delicious and we got a lot of compliments from guests on it. The toastmaster, Peter, was amazing – so many guests commented on how he gently and calmly led guests through the whole experience and kept the evening running like clockwork. All around, just a fantastic experience.
