Also, my jewellery on a day-to-day basis consists of just my engagement ring and wedding band, a silver bangle and a black leather watch. So as you can imagine, I totally surprised my minimal self when I lost my mind at the recent Beaverbrooks Press Day.

I was in London for a few meetings and the team at Beaverbrooks, the renowned UK jewellers, were launching their new collection at RSA; jewellery AND a stunning wedding venue – how could I not pop in to say hello!

To cut a long story short, I pretty much wanted it all. Completely smitten with their most sparkliest of pieces I was both impressed at the quality and very pleased with the affordability. So with those Christmas wish lists firmly in play, I thought I’d share some inspiration… So if you’re looking for some glitz for your big day look or maybe a thank you gift for your best girls then take a peek.

Oh and if you’re hoping to find a sparkler under the tree, you might want to leave this page open where your beau can find it.

Beaverbrooks have launched a brand new diamond ring collection which includes a new wedding and eternity ring concept for the UK: the Diamond Silhouette.

The two-band diamond silhouette rings have been designed to encase and enhance the engagement rings beautifully. Each silhouette ring has been created slightly differently to complement the varying styles of dazzling engagement rings in the collection.

The exclusive 17-piece range comprises 11 diamond rings of varying designs including halo, cluster and solitaire styles. The halo being rather popular with our American friends and the one you’ve no doubt spotted many a time on Pinterest, totally lustworthy!

I may have hovered around this collection a little too long and yes, I absolutely tried on the silhouette rings! They’re beautiful and designed to ‘hug’ your engagement ring. I’m desperately wondering how I can bring up this topic in our house… *sigh*
