Wold View Farm

Wold View Farm were fantastic from start to finish. When we originally looked around, we loved the place, we knew it was the venue for us but the thing that really sold it to us was Daniel and Laura. They were with us every step of our wedding planning journey and it made such a difference. Their flexibility and enthusiasm made everything so simple but also really fun! We had so many amazing comments about the venue, a barn/ farm vibe but with really modern facilities and beautifully restored. And everything is so close together. It was just perfect. The on-site accommodation was stunning. Everything was done to a really high standard and there were some gorgeous little touches like scones and fizz when we arrived! We had 120 people at our wedding and didn’t struggle for accommodation nearby, it’s just far enough from Driffield to feel rural, which was really important to me, but close enough to be practical. The perfect mix.

Our photos are incredible, Wold View Farm has some spectacular views and a stunning wildflower garden that was the perfect backdrop for our couples’ shots. I’m so pleased we chose Wold View Farm, Laura and Daniel absolutely made the experience for us and delivered the day of our dreams. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much to both of you.

We recently married here, we loved the idea that we could do almost anything with the place and make everything our own! We did just that! Laura and Daniel where very helpful from letting us pop in on some evenings to trial some things to suggestions from other weddings. We had a fabulous day and all our guests seemed to enjoy it. The venue it’s is beautiful and the cabins are gorgeous! We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy them more! Thank you for providing such a beautiful space for a wedding and being so helpful throughout and during the day itself!

Had our daughter’s wedding here this weekend. What can I say, it was absolutely amazing and perfect in every way. Stunning location. The Barn and its surroundings looked awesome, like something from a fairytale. Dan, Laura, and their team were brilliant throughout setup and on the day. They truly went above and beyond and worked tirelessly. You could see they were all passionate about what they do; we had a couple of little glitches on the day and they all just swung into action to try and rectify things putting us all at ease. For this, I am truly grateful. On top of this, we stayed in the log cabins. OMG. They are absolutely amazing with spectacular views. The attention to detail was brilliant with all the home comforts and more. I cannot praise this place enough. Truly magical from start to finish. Thank you so much, Dan, Laura, and the team.

Where do we begin! What an absolutely amazing venue to get married at and we had the privilege of being your first one! Daniel and Laura have looked after us and catered to our every need. The log cabins are fantastic and every little detail has been thought about. The quality and service from them both is outstanding. We wanted to say a huge thank you for helping make our dream wedding such an incredible day. I just don’t want our wedding bubble to end! Everything has truly been perfect. Everyone has commented on what a beautiful place it is here and only ten minutes from home! The views are simply stunning. Thank you again to Daniel and Laura for everything you have done for us! We will be back in the future.

My now wife Emily and I had the pleasure of getting married here recently on the 21st May and it genuinely was the best day ever. Largely thanks to the beautiful setting of Wold View Farm. It’s only 10 minutes from our hometown of Driffield but once you are there you feel as though you could be anywhere. It’s surrounded by rolling fields and encapsulated in gorgeous woodland. We stayed in the cabins the night before and the night after the wedding and they did not disappoint, beautiful wooden cabins with modern fixtures and fittings, tastefully styled, all complete with log burners and large, luxurious hot tubs!

We visited Wold View in the early stages of its renovation and upon meeting Dan and Laura and hearing about their vision for the venue we knew it was right for us. We booked immediately and they kept us up to date as the build progressed and things changed. It’s safe to say what they have created exceeded our expectations. Dan and Laura are fantastic and will go out of their way to make your day special; they couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Thank you both for helping us to make our day perfect. Wold View is a hidden gem, and we wish you all the success in the future.

My new husband Kev and I got married at Wold View Farm yesterday and we cannot speak highly enough about the owners Dan and Laura. From day one they went above and beyond expectations, to make sure our day ran smoothly. The venue is absolutely incredible, even our suppliers commented on how amazing it was. The surrounding views, the ceremony room, reception room and mezzanine, the outside bar, and log cabins are a wedding party’s dream and we knew as soon as we looked around that Wold View Farm was the place we wanted in our wedding day memories forever. You can see the love and devotion Dan and Laura have put into the venue and the log cabins, everything is finished to a high standard, and nothing is scrimped on, blew all our wedding guests away! So if you’re debating booking Wold View Farm for your wedding, don’t think, just book! You will not be disappointed!

We just want to thank you so much for helping make our wedding day beyond perfect! From start to finish you guys were on hand to answer all questions and help us every step of the way. You should be proud of what you’ve created. The venue, grounds and lodges are stunning and we’re so happy we chose Wold View Farm to get married in.

Absolutely Amazing!! From start to finish, we lost our original date/venue, and when we spoke to Dan & Laura to view Wold View Farm it was mostly a building site. They had a clear vision and passion for the venue and we felt that we wanted to be a part of this venue; it did not disappoint at all, it is beautiful and the fact that they have built it all themselves adds a touch of magic. In the lead-up to the wedding date, they were so accommodating and really couldn’t do enough and were happy to allow us to build the Wedding we truly wanted. They were with us every step throughout and tolerated our constant questions! On the day, Dan/Laura and the staff were so organised, they helped some of our other vendors set up (which they had no obligation to do!), and at a drop of a hat, Dan was happy to do some announcements which really helped to elevate parts of our day.

We got married on what felt like the hottest day of the year and to see the owners of the venue running (sometimes literally) around to help and set things up really helped us to appreciate what we managed to find in this venue. The log cabins are brilliant, and the views are stunning; I would recommend just a weekend away to stay in them! And most importantly would recommend anyone to have their Wedding at Wold View Farm. Finding & booking Wold View Farm had to be top of the list of our best decisions. Thank you, Dan & Laura!
