We felt so lucky to have the warm and efficient team at the Vineyard take care of our wedding day. We had a very small wedding party, but the team treated the whole affair as though it was for a much bigger group, and they were wonderfully attentive beforehand and on the day. We felt very welcomed, and the team’s friendliness and flexibility were fabulous.

There are no words to explain how accommodating, helpful and kind Nicole and her team were in helping us to plan our wedding. Everything was done to the highest standard and fell within our expectations. It was the most beautiful day of our lives, and Nicole made the whole planning process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for high-quality food and service, luxury accommodation, fair pricing and flexibility.

I cannot recommend The Vineyard or thank the staff enough for such an amazing day! It was nothing short of perfect; they put so much effort into making it look effortless. The food and every tiny detail were more than I could have hoped for and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end! We were fortunate enough to have our wedding at The Vineyard last year, and what a wedding it was! Nothing was too much trouble for the Vineyard team, and the day ran seamlessly. The ambience, food and service were impeccable – all of our guests commented on the fabulous food.

When planning our wedding, we were offered endless advice and support from the events team, making the whole experience stress-free and exciting! They were very responsive and provided regular updates, so we knew exactly what was happening at all times (which is what every bride wants when planning their special day)!

The venue truly is spectacular; we would highly recommend this wedding venue to anyone looking to get married if you want 5* luxury for you and your guests.

My wife and I were blessed to experience our wedding weekend at The Vineyard. From the moment you pass the entrance, you enter a world of bliss and relaxation and are transported to a world of elegance, class and tranquillity.

I have to start with the people. There is not a staff member we encountered who did not feel like they were part of a movie. Their immaculate presentation, product knowledge, attention to detail and willingness to explore any avenue to resolve your query. It is the most personable group of people I have encountered in one place. They take their time to listen, understand, and offer support on any occasion.

The ambience is calm and relaxing – surrounded by exquisite decor and artwork. The warm welcome at reception, the open fireplaces, the music, the list is infinite. The food is the best we have ever experienced, and with an evident passion for presentation and a love for their craft, their head chef, Tom, is a perfectionist. Tom and his team delivered an exceptional standard of food for our event, which was an unforgettable culinary experience. The Spa, suites and entertainment rooms follow the rest of the venue, offering immaculate touches of class, relaxation, artwork, and amenities.

Nicole was our main contact for our event/wedding at the venue, and I cannot commend their skills, professionalism and elegance enough. Nicole is a true asset to the Vineyard, and her experience shines bright. We are already looking to plan our next stay at the Vineyard, as we have yet to find another location which comes close to the service we received. The Vineyard and the staff who made our visit exceptional will forever be in our hearts.

First impressions are important; sometimes, the smallest things make all the difference. The Vineyard was the only venue to offer us tea or coffee during our initial visit. This told us immediately that our interest was important to them and a clear sign of the excellent service to come… Another thing that impressed us about a 5-star hotel is that it didn’t feel pretentious as some do; it was just relaxed elegance and gave the impression of a venue where our guests, all from different backgrounds, would feel comfortable and at ease.

Due to COVID-19, it was essential to us that people felt safe. Apart from the atmosphere and decor, which were amazing, we loved having our own bar area with separate bathroom facilities to utilise adjoining the main function room that doubled up for the ceremony and wedding breakfast. There are also double doors leading out to our private patio space from the bar area, so it flows wonderfully well, meaning we could keep our distance from other hotel guests.

The inside space is awe-inspiring; the walkway from the main reception over a glass-suspended floor above the cellar with its lighting is outstanding and creates such an impressive welcome to your guests; it is beyond a wow factor.

Our wedding was postponed because of the lockdown, but it was no trouble for the hotel; they were accommodating. I am both very fussy with a keen attention to detail and super organised; nothing was too much trouble for The Vineyard. The wedding and events manager, Nicole, is an absolute diamond; nothing was too much trouble, and every request was accommodated. Nicole and her team were highly responsive and keen to deliver our dream wedding and requirements while assisting with suggestions. The attention to detail ensured that we felt relaxed at all points throughout.

We wanted a memorable, intimate, personal wedding given to everyone, and we succeeded with the Vineyard’s efforts. We cannot thank Nicole, her team and the Vineyard enough for working hard to create the most memorable, fantastic day, the best day of our lives. Thank you so very much.
