The Setting
Tucked away in the village of Farleigh Hungerford, 15 minutes by car from the historic city of Bath, this Grade II listed house sits on an 135 acre private estate, within easy reach of London and just 4 miles from the nearest train station (Bradford on Avon). With immaculately maintained gardens and views over the rolling countryside, take your loved ones somewhere they’ve never seen.
The Vibe
From the grandeur and intimacy of the house, to the expansive yet secluded grounds under a marquee or tipi; Farleigh House offers space to come together, connect with nature and with each other, with room to create moments you’ll remember forever.
The main event space inside the House can seat up to 70 guests, which also adjoins the Library Bar and a space for live music in the Ballroom. Outside, in the expansive grounds, with the house as a backdrop they can accommodate up to 200 guests under a marquee or tipi with all guests free to use the lawns, Rose Garden or lakeside for reception drinks.
Civil ceremonies can take place in one of three rooms inside Farleigh House with the maximum capacity of 100 guests in the Grand Hall, the light-filled Garden Room in Castle Court with a private walled garden can accommodate up to 80 guests or choose from several beautiful settings around the estate should you prefer to be outside for your ceremony.
