The Setting
Bennetts Willow Barn is a fun and relaxed wedding venue on a working farm, oozing rustic charm at every turn. Their unique and spectacular yurt marquee was originally built for the owners’ wedding and their day was so much fun they wanted to share the venue with other couples too!
They now have a beautiful feature-filled garden and a rustic party barn which perfectly suits relaxed and informal weddings with enjoyment being key. Based on a working dairy farm, you’ll feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, with beautiful views and sunsets across our cow grazing fields.
The Vibe
The team here love weddings and your dedicated wedding coordinator will work with you throughout your wedding planning journey to help you create the wedding celebration that you as a couple have always dreamt of. The venue is easy going and only have a few rules, so let your imagination run wild!
Their wedding area includes private outside spaces for you and your guests to enjoy as you want – vintage garden games, a bouncy castle, or even a rodeo bull! Let the kids (and big kids) enjoy outdoor fairground games, whilst you sit on hay bales for a catch up with friends. Once dusk falls, enjoy the warmth of the fire pit, with marshmallows provided for toasting over the fire with fairy-lights all around you. They are dog friendly too, so make sure your four legged friends are on your guest list too!
They have a range of catering options, all of which are prepared in-house by their catering team, with hog roasts and pizza ovens being their most popular options. Bennetts Ice Cream served from their vintage tricycle is of course a popular dessert option, along with their delicious homemade cakes and desserts. You can also bring in a favourite outside caterer if you would prefer as they do allow external suppliers to come and prepare your wedding feast.
The wedding celebration packages can include overnight and weekend glamping accommodation at their adjoining glamping site, Worcester Glamping. Let your guests make a real event of your wedding, and offer them a night or two away in the comfortable yet quirky yurts and bell tents, next door to Bennetts Willow Barn.
