Not just a field… but a magical meadow, opposite a beautiful Norman church with a stunning outlook and unspoilt views of the open countryside in Herefordshire.
Situated in an enchanting and unspoiled part of England, nestled in the valley of the River Frome, lying in between Ledbury and Hereford with easy access for both guests and suppliers. Good links from London, Birmingham and Bristol with lots of local accommodation in all price ranges. The small church, which can seat 120 people, is opposite the meadow allowing for a church wedding and reception all in one place.
If you are looking for a wedding venue where you are allowed to let your imagination go into over drive and where you can create that truly unique and distinctive dream wedding then this is the place for you!
The location is exclusive and would suit a couple looking for a relaxed, romantic, rustic or boho style wedding. With the opportunity to glamp, a festival wedding is also perfect for this location. Their wild flower meadow and alpacas provide a wonderful backdrop for your photos.
As a couple, Fiona and Simon have been creating and organising events for over 20 years and specialise in bringing magic to remote locations.
They now offer a second meadow right by the river for receptions or glamping. You enter the meadow via a grassy walkway that can be lit at night with candles and festoon lighting in the trees. Both have a tranquil and unrivalled backdrop that you can transform to create your unique wedding day. A blank canvas where more or less anything goes.
The main meadow has a small cosy barn with a bar that can be used separately or attached to a marquee as a chill out space. They are really happy to work with your chosen wedding planner or can offer a full wedding planning service.
There is ample adjacent parking and a field for glamping if required.
If you are seeking a quintessentially English wedding venue then our setting in Yarkhill is hard to beat.
