The Meadows can host and suit such a range of weddings, the sky is the limit – as an example, all those festival-loving couples out there can really go to town with a glamping village, a tipi reception, wild flowers, fire pits and adorn the trees with festoons, whereas a more classical couple could opt for a traditional poled marquee with luxurious linings, structured florals and romantic candle light.
Yes, although our only stipulation is that one of our recommended caterers is used for the main reception. If you decide to opt for an alternative evening caterer then please ensure they hold a 5* hygiene rating. We have a little black book full of national and local suppliers we have first hand experience with and would trust implicitly so help is on hand if you need some advice and recommendations.
We do not charge a corkage fee for you to provide your own alcohol for the drinks reception, dining and toast. Please ensure your chosen caterer is happy to serve these drinks as part of their service. Once the day's formalities have come to an end, we kindly ask that any further drinks are purchased via our in-house cash bar instead.
