The Meadow Barn

The Meadow Barn at Stratford Park sits between Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon, in the heart of Shakespeare Country. Surrounded by 150 acres of open Warwickshire countryside, it offers an effortlessly atmospheric setting for weddings. The converted 16th-century Elizabethan barn features original oak beams, a large courtyard, and a terrace-all set within the refined grounds of The Stratford Park Hotel. Every direction offers a striking natural backdrop for photography, with the ever-changing light over the landscape lending a timeless quality to each captured moment.

Weddings may be held within the oak-beamed barn, which is fully licensed for civil ceremonies. It accommodates up to 100 guests for a seated service. A small ceremony room hire fee of £200 applies. Should you prefer a church ceremony, the venue will be fully prepared to welcome you and your guests for the celebrations that follow.

After the ceremony, the barn welcomes up to 100 guests for the wedding breakfast and expands to host up to 150 for the evening’s festivities. The warm timber structure and sweeping views create a sense of intimacy while allowing for space to dance, dine, and engage in quiet conversation.

There are 32 guest bedrooms available on-site. Eight barn rooms must be booked on the night of the wedding. A discounted rate is available for all wedding guests, making it easy for friends and family to relax and stay close to the celebrations.

Menus have been thoughtfully designed using locally sourced ingredients, striking a balance between health and interest without being overly complicated. The team is happy to discuss bespoke ideas or themes to create a personalised dining experience. Guideline drinks packages are available, including reception drinks and wines, with the flexibility to tailor a drinks selection that fits your tastes and complements the menu.
