Three light, airy suites are licensed for civil ceremonies, as well as the riverside terrace which is licensed for outdoor ceremonies up to 100 guests. You can host a champagne reception on the breathtaking terrace, and a scrumptious wedding breakfast in a stunning mood-lit room.
You can host up to 110 guests in the Princess Suite with its huge windows, private bar and direct access to the riverside terrace for drinks and photos. Windsor Lounge is a brand new event suite in Windsor, beautifully decorated, with its own private courtyard and licensed for ceremonies for up to 50 guests
Or how about the Sienna Room, with its deep red chairs and curtains, it is an atmospheric spot for an intimate wedding or family meal. The beautiful riverside terrace is also licensed for civil ceremonies so you ca tie the knot overlooking the stunning river Thames – perfect for a summer ceremony.
Brides can treat themselves to a facial or massage in the Wren’s Club or arrange a beauty therapist on the morning of the big day. With its outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna and relaxation room, the spa is also a fine spot to kick off a hen night.
Some of the hotel facilities are fully accessible to wheelchair users, including The Brasserie at Sir Christopher Wren and the riverside terrace. Both Thames House and Windsor House have ground floor, accessible toilet facilities. All blue badge holders can use our onsite valet car park free of charge during their stay, please let them know in advance as limited spaces mean these must be pre-booked.
The brand new Windsor Lounge offers accessible vent facilities. Located on the ground floor with it’s own private entrance, separate courtyard and disabled toilet facilities, it makes for the ideal venue for weddings with accessible access. They have two accessible rooms for wheelchair users located on the ground floor of Windsor House. Both are fully wheelchair accessible and also have bathrooms with a roll-in shower and folding seat.
They have a loop system at reception for hearing air users. Hearing impaired guests can request a room with a pillow alarm and flashing fire alarm light. Again, please let them know your requirements when booking.
