Currently, there is no limit on the capacity of our event spaces. Numbers will be in line with the hotel risk assessments. All appointments must be pre-booked in advance and we kindly ask all visitors to wear a face covering and use the hand sanitiser on arrival.

Our traditional wedding package is based on a minimum of 60 guests and includes your Wedding Breakfast and Evening reception, with a welcome drink, a 3-course meal, half a bottle of wine per person, Cake stand and knife, White table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware, Complimentary menu tasting for the engaged couple, Complimentary accommodation on the night of the wedding and more.
Our Dry Hire or room-only package includes room hire of the York Suite from 10am - 1am, private kitchen hire, banqueting tables and chairs, one bedroom for the wedding night and more.
Events in the Mulberry can run until midnight. In the York Suite events may finish at 01.00hrs Monday to Saturday but must end no later than midnight on Sundays.
We do not offer a corkage option on our wedding packages. If there is a specific wine or drink that you would like to have served on your day please ask and we can try and source it for you. With our Dry-Hire Package in the York Suite, corkage is included within your venue hire. If you wish to use the York Suite Bar there is a fee of £450.00 for this to be emptied and made available for your use.
We generally offer access from 10.30am for set up however this may be subject to change. We recommend you check with us before confirming timings with your suppliers.
