Norton Hall is a beautiful, imposing Georgian Hall that sits in 500 acres of its own parkland, amongst the rolling Cotswold countryside, outside the village of Mickleton. The famous honey coloured towns of Chipping Campden and Broadway are in easy reach with excellent transport links nearby. Honeybourne train station is within 2 miles of the venue and has a direct line from London in 90 minutes.
Norton Hall offers a relaxed, old English Country House feel for your special day.
Despite its size and grandeur, Norton Hall feels like home. With its stunning English interiors, the house still manages to feel cosy. It really does have the ‘WOW’ factor.
The wild, vast garden and grounds offer a number of perfectly flat and picturesque locations for your marquee for up to 180 guests. There are lakes, arboretums, a temple for your Blessing and a croquet lawn.
The house sleeps up to 18 guests in 9 bedrooms with the most impressive Dining Room, Games Room and Reception Rooms to host your pre-wedding dinner with your nearest and dearest who are staying at the house. They are able to organise their Private Chef to cater for you during your stay.
There is also a heated outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) for your exclusive use along with a tennis court for a wedding day match!
They provide so many options to make your day your own and completely individual. No wedding is ever the same at Norton Hall! Although this could sound daunting, it really is a plus as they also provide Event Planning Support and Event Management in the venue fee. Anna Byass, their experienced Event Manager from Golden Pineapple Hospitality, is on hand throughout. Anna will guide you with your plans and recommended suppliers to suit and oversee your entire weekend to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible.
They do pride themselves on being flexible should you have a supplier that you would like to use.
They are very much a weekend venue, allowing you to relax and settle in over your 3 days. As they only offer up to 10 weddings a year, this stunning venue remains exclusive and a bit of a mystery. This continues as you arrive through the beautiful, stone pillared gates, wind through the park down their lovely drive and arrive at this imposing house.
Blessings can take place by one of their lovely Celebrants either under the old Cedar tree in front of the Temple, by the lake or in amongst the arboretum. Your marquee can be situated on the perfectly flat front lawn, in front of the house or down in the park.
The choice is yours!
