Exclusive Venue hire is £3,500 exempt VAT for 8 hours, if you require additional time there is a charge of £250 per hour.
There is a minimum catering spend of £3,500 +VAT, this includes a complimentary tasting for the couple.
They offer every couple a complimentary stay at the 4* hotel in Mayfair, The Chesterfield.
They offer complimentary white/cream linen.

We have an exclusive contract with Searcys, however if you are looking for a bespoke menu please speak to your event manager. We can arrange a meeting with you, your dedicated event manager and the executive chef to discuss your requirements before the complimentary menu tasting. Our executive chef and his team have produced outstanding menus from around the world.
The City of Westminster have granted us a licence to serve alcohol up until 12am, we require all guests to have vacated the premises by 1am.
At No.11 Cavendish Square, we have a beautiful courtyard garden, with a vibrant “living wall”, the perfect place for taking photos of the wedding party and the wider guests, creating memories you will be able to look back on in years to come.
As a notable townhouse we are also fortunate to have historic exteriors along with a “mews” that transports you back in time.
Beauty spots within a few minutes’ walk are the Cavendish Square gardens that sit directly opposite the townhouse or Regents Park with is vast green spaces and mature planting.
