About

The Setting

Crowned the UK’s Best Beach 2017 by the Sunday Times!

The secluded, horseshoe-shaped cove at Lusty Glaze beach provides the perfect setting for a romantic barefoot beach wedding in Cornwall. This privately owned cove is home to peace and tranquillity, where the Atlantic laps the shore and the pace of life becomes a little bit slower.

Newquay airport is just a 1 hour flight from London Gatwick and a 20 minute drive from the main county town of Truro, which offers both excellent national train and coach links.

The Vibe

Say “I do” as the waves crash onto the shore, follow your nuptials by having celebratory drinks with the golden sand between your toes. Take advantage of the naturally playful environment with beach activities such as volleyball, rounders or even surfing. Your guests will love it!

Lusty Glaze isn’t just a haven for summer months; Discover their winter weddings with fierce seas and stormy skies. Watch Mother Nature’s show from the warmth and comfort of their sheltered cove whilst you and your guests toast in their cosy bar. Their restaurant offer a range of wines, beers, cocktails and of course champagne. Compliment your day with a wide range of culinary delights using fabulous locally sourced ingredients.

There are plenty of guest houses and hotels nearby but why not stay in one of their holiday properties on the beach, literally a stone’s throw from the water’s edge.
