Fully licensed for wedding ceremonies, Long Furlong Barn can offer both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies.
The Cartshed is their indoor ceremony option seating up to 130 guests. Originally a grain store for storing the grain from the surrounding farmland, the Cartshed offers a stunning rustic retreat for your wedding ceremony. Complete with chiavari chairs, fairy lights and a host of optional décor options, the Cartshed is a stunning yet peaceful setting for your wedding ceremony.
The Furlong View is their newest addition to Long Furlong Barn, providing an outside fully licensed ceremony option. Thoughtfully designed, the Furlong View was inspired by the architecture of the historic Granary, whilst blending into the countryside to bring couples and nature together in the heart of the South Downs National Park.
The Granary is their largest barn with a seating capacity of 140 and a standing capacity of 200 guests.The grade II listed building dates back to the 1800’s and is described by English Heritage as rare example of a Medieval Tithe Barn. With the option of rounds or banquet style seating, the Granary is a stunning area to host your wedding breakfast. Complete with fairy light canopy, table décor, integrated sound system, microphones and underfloor heating, the Granary boasts modern features yet keeping its old rustic charm that their couples love.
The courtyard is situated at the heart of the barns, creating a beautiful flow for guests as they journey though the wedding day. Fairy lights, olive trees and a rustic barrel bar welcome you as you celebrate your marriage with a glass of fizz. With a south facing view, the courtyard is a beautiful suntrap to enjoy a glass or two whilst you have photos taken or enjoy canapés.
The lawns situated at the back of Long Furlong View offer unrivalled stunning countryside views, perfect for garden games or sunset watching.
