The Setting

Situated in Gloucestershire, on the edge of the Forest of Dean, Leyfold Events are nestled on a family farm with acres of green pastures. The land offers fantastic views and hundreds of acres ideal for photo opportunities.

They are located between Gloucester and Ross – On -Wye with good road, and rail links

The Vibe

Leyfold is an ideal place for those looking for an outdoor venue, where you can add your own styling details or leave it to them! They are completely flexible in approach to each couples requirements. The team listen to their couples, helping to achieve beautiful weddings with personality and memories which will last forever!

The hand crafted yurt offers seating for up to 200 guests with its majestic ceiling height of 24ft making it a light, bright space. The field in which the yurt is situated is wrapped with wild flowers with plenty of outdoor space for blessings, lawn games and even the odd alpaca visit should you wish they make an appearance!

There is a fabulous self-catering farmhouse which sleeps 10 guests, within easy walking distance of the yurt. There is also a glamping cabin perfect for a romantic honeymoon night (sleeps 2).

Jo certainly knows how to manage brides and knows exactly how to calm your nerves and walk beside you when planning such a magical event. She can not do enough for you, we stayed in her beautiful shepherd’s hut the night of the wedding. The hut had such thoughtful touches, making us feel thought of and special. Very comfy bed and had a beautiful sound of birds in the morning!
I couldn’t have asked for a better day, I couldn’t have asked for a better venue and I couldn’t have asked for more from Jo, she is incredible and will make your wedding day everything you’ve dreamed of!
