Haddon Hall is located right at the heart of the beautiful Peak District national park, with its cascading gardens giving visitors an unrivalled view of the Hall’s outstanding surroundings. The town of Bakewell is a short five-minute drive away from the Hall, and is easily reached by car or train, with Bakewell and Matlock stations close by to Haddon Hall.
Haddon Hall is a beautiful stately home, steeped in 900 years of history. The Hall offers civil ceremonies in two of its most magnificent rooms, the Elizabethan Long Gallery and the Tudor Panelled Parlour, as well as within the garden pavilion in the walled gardens.
The Long Gallery can accommodate for up to 120 people, and after the ceremony, there is an option to host an English tea party or glamorous drinks with canapés under a vintage marquee in the walled gardens that have been recently redesigned by the celebrated, Chelsea gold award winning landscape designer, Arne Maynard.
Alternatively, there’s an option to relax with a glass of champagne in the elegant Earl’s Apartments. Or host a delicious lunch or dinner in the Haddon Restaurant for up to 70 guests.
