As you drive through the main gates, follow the romantic tree lined driveway as it opens out onto beautiful sweeping grounds, featuring a two-acre pond with picturesque wooden bridge, all surrounded by stunning Scottish woodland.
Drumtochty Castle is in Aberdeenshire, 30 minutes south of Aberdeen, with Edinburgh and Glasgow just a two hour drive away. Aberdeenshire is well connected by rail and road networks, providing fast links to the rest of the UK. Aberdeen International Airport puts Drumtochty within easy reach of all European centres.

Drumtochty Castle provides accommodation for up to 99 guests, with a wide variety of rooms across the estate, from the castle, wings, lodges and stable apartments. All weddings (despite their party size) are given exclusive use of the castle, grounds and accommodation. If you do not take the full accommodation available on-site then this will remain empty for the duration of your wedding, you are guaranteed exclusive use at Drumtochty Castle.
Their ‘Estate to Plate’ philosophy ensures they use the very best of local, Scottish produce and ingredients. Their resident Head Chef and catering team will create a sumptuous and seasonal wedding banquet experience for you and your guests to celebrate your wedding day. At Drumtochty Castle they are lucky to have a large estate where they farm their own venison and shoot various wild game in season which they showcase on their wedding menu. Their produce is then prepared on site, by their chefs, in their custom built kitchen facility.
