Clarence Hall at The Admiral Hardy does not charge a hire fee. However, they do ask for a minimum spend to be met for the exclusive hire of Clarence Hall from 12pm to 23:45pm.
The minimum spend is achieved by the purchase of food and drinks from The Admiral Hardy. Minimum spends are inclusive of VAT, a 12.5% service charge and any necessary security costs.

Often, we can allow access to the space the day before for set-up. Otherwise, the space will be available from 10am on the day of your event.
The Cutty Sark parking lot is located a 2 minute walk from the venue and is open 24hrs.
We are located a 5 minute walk from the river as well as many of Greenwich's famous sights including the Greenwich Park, Cutty Sark and Greenwich Market.
We provide tables, chairs, linens, glassware and dish ware. You are more than welcome to bring any decorations, including candles, flowers, lights, etc.
For Clarence Hall, we hire a security guard as there is a private entrance off the main street. This costs £350 for the day and does not contribute to your minimum spend.
