On Friday 28th February The Ned hosts its 2020 Wedding Showcase.
A chance to experience weddings at The Ned, the showcase will take place on the historic and fully-restored sixth floor. All rooms boast period features, including walnut paneling and vintage chandeliers, as well as a series of domed windows that flood the rooms with natural light.
At the heart of the events floor is the Tapestry Room, The Ned’s most iconic space. Here, guests will have the chance to visualise their big day and see the room set with a full wedding breakfast and floral display. Guests will be treated to live entertainment from Blank Canvas plus a selection of canapés and Nyetimber English sparkling wine. A pop-up Cowshed spa will offer complimentary manicures, ‘updos’ with hairstylist Nicole De Abreu and grooming sessions with the barbershop team.
The Saloon, The Ned’s second largest private room, will host an installation from Bubblegum Balloons and staging by Rendezvous Events. Couture bakers Belsize Cakes will provide samples of their bespoke wedding cakes for guests to try and The Ned’s in-house florists Grandirosa will also be available throughout the day.
The wedding planning team will be booking in one-to-ones throughout the day in the Drawing Room, alongside The Ned’spreferred stationer Dimitria Jordan and stylist Anne Ladegast-Chiu from Hilde Studio.
